  • Its not fake retard.

  • FAKE

    jk :D

  • Flame would often spit out of the Me-262's Junkers 004 turbojets while pressure built up in the compression section of the engine and excess fuel (injected) pooled.

  • FAIL the ME262 had no afterburners but its a nice video ;)

  • The ME-262 didn't have after burners. Do your research before making a horrible incorrect cgi.

  • I'm part german and hate nazis

  • excellent work..don't uderstand why everyones moaning?..it clearly says CGI in the title??

  • ahahahaaa ok :)

  • It really isn't that bad, man.

  • Buy Il-2 Sturmovik 1946, then remake this video, and it would be much better,

  • I came here and gave you a thumbs up just because you had the decency to precise "CGI" in the title.

  • The CG is great. I think what people are objecting to is that they are looking for video of actual aircraft. If you put CG in the title, I think you would lose the compaints. It would also be useful to searches looking to find computer generated graphics. ;-)

  • RealityCheeker, why do you says that is is not an historical video? There are ME262 and b17 so what's wrong?

And you says that anyone can do that so send me a p51 takeoff...

  • Is this what you do with your life.. ANYONE can take flight sim clips and pollute Youtube in lieu of historical account and real footage. The should make a special service called "simtube" for people who are alive in the absence of living....

  • Everyone on YouTube is a connoisseur of CGI. I receive mail hating my Second Life videos because "It's not real". This is laughable. ALL these experts turn out NOTHING, they are posers who have opinions and no body of work to show. They just LOVE to criticize, that is their thing to do here... ignore them, they are losers. The sounds on this should be redone to be more 'turbine', it's true, remember NAZI tech was slow warmup... but otherwise it looks fine. I like it.

  • @doceigen Thanks. I dont mind if people call this bad. People who dont contribute with anything, dont get my attension. This animation was made years ago, in a period of learning.

  • i was no looking for this sorta video, and for a CGI it was pretty shit

  • urrrrr a fogggot

  • @theknifekid .... and you are? Keep your faul language to yourself.

  • Did you take the sound for this out of a satellite launch? Doesnt sound one bit like a turbine.

  • lame

  • that was pretty bad

  • worse animation ever

  • Me 262 is a flying kerosene flammable jet couple bullets to the wing area it's dead.

  • @pvtsoap262 yea good luck hitting it

  • @nimbalo300 I've hit it a couple time's in a game called B-17 the Mighty Eighth.

  • @pvtsoap262 no comment -_-

  • @nimbalo300 I was the Tail gunner they were flying as fast but not as fast as the Me-262 is able to fly. It turned away from my B-17 and I let off a hail of bullets and I hit it and it exploded.

  • Why do you people feel the need to put animations or computer games on here??? seriously....Go get laid or bash one out!!!

  • that... was.... retarted

  • ....this is shit...and when Jumo 004 had afterburners?...bullshit animation...

  • you are a fucking cock if the highest order posting pc game footage ya prick .. i was hoping for the genuine article

  • take off looks retarted it just like hovers up

  • ......gay

  • Fuckin gamers.

  • be cool....the title should say [sim]

  • Yep. This one has the tricycle gear. Sorry for effing up.

  • Has to go down the runway. Pilot hits the brakes slightly to get nose up. THEN take off.

  • @artcore3030

They only had to hit the breaks when the Me-262 had the tail wheel this 1 dosn't so it dosn't need to.

  • Write FS in the title next time fag

  • guys... HES JUST TESTING OUT 3D PROGRAMS! WHERE IN THE HELL DO U READ THAT THIS IS REAL? HUH! FUCK OFF LOSERS! >:C

  • Czajnikiem robiłeś tą animację ?

  • Lol

  • sigh, hello, people? i dont see anywhere in the description saying this is/was a to scale real life representation of a historic event.

Its a demonstration of various effects using 3d modeling/animation software. Which isnt bad in that sense - considering i have no idea what the capabilities of the programs used even are.

may not look real and true to life but it looks fine as a visual effects demonstration - knupps, dont let the bashers put you off, keep working on it

  • a German Pilot said it took around 40 seconds for a Me-262 to get off the ground cause of the weight of the jets...

  • There are a sum total of NO afterburners on a 262. No research was done by the Germans on afterburners. The British started reseaearch on the subject (Wiki search the term "jetpipe reheat miles M.62"). Later the idea was explored by Chance Vaught (US), Pratt & Wittney (US), Rolls Royce (UK), Iroqousi (US), and De Havilland (UK). NO Germans had afterburners. Simples.

  • I enjoyed the realistic takeoff..

  • lol it takes of in like 10 feet and the engines would of been blow out lol

  • .........MISLEADING...........

  • why dont you idiots label it a cartoon stupid

  • what game?

  • @zabuzarocks14 game?

  • Looping sound ruined it.

  • Declare it's animation in the title.

  • Your missing one original marking on the tail.

  • il2 stumovik???

  • Comment removed

  • @TheNERFDUDE97 no

i think its a self done animation

  • Deine Modelle sehn ja gut aus, aber der Start is Unrealistisch. sofort starten, ohne zu Beschleunigen. Naja...

  • thats crap, not realistic

  • the me262 looked like a flying shark

  • looks like a single person made this

  • That looks really unrealisistick

  • You are kind with serious stuff. Did you know this plane can not be acelerate too fast? You certainly do not know nothing about to pilot with only a broked leg and the other cutted off. Did you know? Play, like a child, for ever....

  • I was going to say that there were no afterburners in 1944/45 but someone beat me to it. If you made the movements more realistic it'd be great. I thought it was a neat animation.

  • No more CGs!

  • Took off in less than 5m, I don't think so.

  • WTF? I thought it was a real one WTH?

  • me 262 was nasty stuff for alies :D

  • @dfrss The only good thing we had against the -262 during WW2 was (1) the jet's short loiter time and (2) it was slow to throttle up.

  • why do they show flames from the engines, even in real jets there are only certain situations where the exhaust is visibly illuminated (night or early dawn). I cant believe they would make such a mistake

  • bla,bla,bla.....

  • absurd video. Tired to see FSX boring recordings.

  • afterburners?

  • super me62

  • @kozak1874 LOL, THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!!!

  • Me 262 love super

  • IL-2 Sturmovik is better

  • @NutzerYOu More Il-2 Sturmoviks were made than any other combat aircraft, at over 41,000.

  • @SenorSpode ich mean the game il2 sturmovik!!

  • God, it looks like a kick ass video game 8)

  • failgraphic.

  • Absurd takeoff. You made it look like a short takeoff landing aircraft

  • Put animated in the fucking title! I hate these douche bag cartoons.

  • wie schäbig

  • they don't have afterburners...

  • Very nice hehe:)

  • q merda

  • really fast take off

    but a good video

  • lol

    worlds quickest takeoff xD

  • Nice Takeoff! (in 2 seconds that is...)

  • Welcher arschloch postet so scheißvideos. danke

  • @mad762

    1. lern erstmal deutsch

    2. was ist an diesem video auszusetzen?

gibt sehr viel unnötigere videos auf youtube

  • Shit, the pilot are smoking weed!

  • if i saw those commin at me i'd be saying holy shit

  • when they are rolling the control surfaces should move, but other than that well done.

  • schneidemuhl

  • the take off was lame you cannot take off so quik but nice made

  • they can practically leap into the air in reality

  • put in name: CGI ANIMATION this is not real, thanks

  • The Junkers Jumo 004 turbojets never had afterburners.

  • Yes but this is a cartoon.

  • @ironfalcon100,

True, they did not have after burners but late in the war the Luftwaffe only had diesel fuel and the engines would make flames out the back on start up.

  • @ironfalcon100 ...ridiculous...afterburners were invented by the British.....AFTER the war

  • @ironfalcon100 that aren't after burners if you know anything the engines on them are temperamental and you couldn't go from 0 to 100% quickly without catching fire like that

  • @ironfalcon100 Yes, that is correct, and many say that the junkers engines never had afterburners at all, but the B model of the the Me-262 did, but as it says in the video this is the Me-262 1A so, it wouldn't have had after burners.

  • @ironfalcon100 Well, lets say this "generation zero" of jet engines had serious problems to keep fire in the chamber, so it may be considered a flaming off.. Instead the real ME262 needed kilometers of road to take of. This is the first jet ever seen capable of taking off in just 5 - 6 meters of space!! :D

  • At 0:28 these bombers were the british Avro Lancasters.

  • i guess those are rather B-24 ;)

  • Das tut weh! Ein spiel und miese Grafik!

  • Der schloeden undst der krieden flauter!

  • Der hat das animiert...........depp.

  • game?

  • i love the sound of this plane's engines.

  • Graphics are not bad, but the take off and other moves don´t look very realistic..

  • @michiel1403 they suck

  • @michiel1403 Reminded me of an episode of Stargate SG-1...

  • cool

  • Your engines must be on fire. The only "afterburners" on the 262 were the flames when it crashed.

  • lolz

  • LONG LIVE IL-2

  • I think it was a bit to smooth, like it was on rails

  • the sound was from an F/A-18, i know this, i used the sound in one of my X-plane models

  • чушь какая

  • crap and pointless video if you ask me..

  • no one did

  • One of the first (active) ME-262's crashed on take off The pilot was a 109 ace The story was told from another 109/ 262 ace pilot This pilot also escorted a B-17 towards home after seeing all the damage that was done to it out of respect he saluted him and headed back

  • wow, as in the 262 pilot thought it'd been damaged enough so let him go?

  • nicer than i would have been. that yank would have had four cannons lighting up his ass.

  • haha, that's the general ruthless attitude everyone has on IL-2 :P. Even the AI are like that

  • I would have blown that Ami out of the sky after bombing little German kids. That GErman pilot who spared that bomber was far too nice.

  • Attacking civilians is against the Geneva Conventions and also fits the definition of "Terrorism" so yeah, he was far too nice.

  • first super sonick jat^^

  • It never went super sonic

  • It went transsonic but only a handful 262 pilots lived to tell the tale as the stress to the airframe caused structural failure. Indeed some 262s may have broken the sound barrier, but none of those pilots survived.

  • Cool, it's like an old fashioned Red Alert cutscene! Great job! ;)

  • Nice Takeoff! (in 2 seconds that is)

  • lol ill say

  • GARBAGE

  • MMMM

  • what the hell, afterburners? never knew they were even invented a back then! LOL

  • Yes, the Me262 never had afterburners.

  • this is so stupid. why do you think that this is interesting?

  • Shortest takeoff ever

  • beautiful :D

can you imagine if the ME-262 had entered service earlier? God only knows what would have happened.

  • doesn't really matter. the allied Bomber fortresses were to powerful and to many of them for the Luftwaffe to handle. Maybe the war would have lasted another year MAX.

  • True. Me-262 would just made the war even more brutal in the air than it was, and was plenty brutal.

  • powerfull ? Not really . On bloody thursday , luft shot down 60 B-17s with prop planes . Americans stop bombing for 2 weeks to rethink bombing tactics. little over 200 262's saw comabt . JG7 alone shot down 500+ aircraft with their 262's , most were all bombers . Not saying they could have won the war , german had no fuel or material . But only 1 shell from a 30MM could split the wing on B-17. not counting the 24 rockets under the wing .

  • Your right, 262's and other Prototype's did shoot down plenty of bomber's. But not all were 17's. A lot were 24's and 25's which were much easier to kill.

Im talking about the general Luftwaffe. The US air force just kept them coming and coming. It sometimes took half of ammunition to take down a 17 or 25 and they had to RTB. There is some stories of just 1 bomber taking down 3-5 jet's and 10-15 prop fighters. But in the end the allies just had to much numbers on their side.

  • That is highly unlikely that even happend once , let alone more then twice . If they kept their speed up , the Bendix gun turrets of a B-17 could not even track a Me262 let alone for accurate deflection shooting.

  • unlikely? just look at the B-17 in Northwest Germany who took down 2 ME's, i cant remember hte pilots but I will search it. And why isn't it highly unlikely? most of the pilots who were in those 262's had been armature's anyway since Germany was so desperate to put stuff in the air. These guys were not pro's as doing high dive's and side swoops. They just came from the back in a line. And the Turret's had clean shots.

  • unlikely . You said alone Me262 shot down very little B17's . Plus the rarity of the 262's . So who are the B17 jet ace's ? I assume you're speaking for the last three months of the war . The first selection of 262 pilots were all Ace's ... Die Jet Experten what they were known as . it was hard enough for a gunner turret to shot down a prop plane let alone a jet . Again , the Bendix gun turrets had extream difficulty traking high speed jet .

  • Wtf take off in 2 meters? o_O Since when that was true?

  • lol i noticed that ! :))

  • i loled at that....

  • extremely strong headwind perhaps? lol

  • one Ho-229 prototype

  • Video game. Meh

  • looks weird^^

    but best plane ever.

  • nice takeoff.. in 2 seconds.. XD

  • me262 took off longer than any propeller a/c. It didnt have any afterburners and it was extremely hard to pilot, some aces burned themselves or got killed as a result.

  • did the pane take off in 2 seconds

  • the me262 doesnt have afterburners just to let you know

  • maddox?

  • Hm I think you got to early into the sky.

  • The engineers behind the F-35 Lightning have retrofitted this Me-262 with STOVL capabilities...

  • LOL

  • it's not professional looking but the creator must have put a whole lot of days into this.

  • Its not great, the whole thing just doesn't look right, compare what is in this video with an IL2 ME262

  • i completely agree, the in game recordings of a ME 262 looks/sounds a lot better then this animation. but i give him an A for the effort

  • I have seen trailers for that game it looks amazing. But that was made by an entire team of people this is one man. I think this video is made very well.

  • Favorite plane of WW2

I like it more then the P-51 Mustang!

thats coming from a 12 year old...

  • well this plane bring us many modern planes :P well germans DID invent the first engines like this then shared wiht russia and afteer the war uk usa and other countries 'stole' theyre planes and work...

  • Convict..this is incorrect.Search Sir Frank Whittle.1945 we had the Gloucester Meteor. After WWII Rolls Royce sent Russia 40 x jet engines, thinking that russia would remain an ally.Russia did not have the technology to produce required alloys.

  • Well, this plane was the FIRST jet plane that flew in WW2

  • wrong, it was the first Jet Fighter to go into service in WWII (its not the same thing)

  • Germany had better jets than Britain and the US. Me-262 was a much better fighter design. The He-162 was also a better design. the Germans were also developing a much more advanced plane called the Ta-183 which were to be armed with 4 air-to-air guided missiles and were comparable to F-86 Sabres and Vietnam War era MiG-17s. They even had a stealth fighter prototype flying called the Horten 229, and a stealth heavy nuclear capable strategic bomber, the Horten-18 with the range to hit New York.
