I was a victim of this in America in the nation's capitol last year. I have since moved to a place out of the black helicopter jurisdiction. My friends experience this daily. They are breaking the military code of justice which says they have to remain 500 feet above civilian territory and they have to have a serial number, but they are unmarked. They harrass whisleblowers and anyone who talks about the evidence that exposes the lies of the gov't and elite.

Let me quote Army regulation to you, (since this is a US Army Blackhawk helicopter)

"Fly no lower than 200 feet above the highest stationary obstacle."

ALL airspace rules apply to (you'll have to look this up yourself) "Open airspace, Controlled airspace and Restricted airspace." THERE IS NO SUCH FLIGHT CATEGORY AS "ABOVE or ON CIVILIAN TERRITORY."

@salernojac This Black Hawk was a MINIMUM of 500 feet up. It certainly was not doing a 'face-off' or any other hockey play, since it is shown traveling at least 80 mph (relative to ground.) The 200 foot rule applies to any aircraft without clearance to do so and exempted in any situation requiring the pilot to land. NO MILITARY OR FAA REG. BROKEN IN THIS CLIP OR ANY WHERE A HELICOPTER FLIES LOW LEVEL, CONTOUR OR NAP OF THE EARTH. - now, run along and google those terms, junior.
