i will always treasure the 'and into the hole he goes ' joke and the man hanging on the cross joke. Its ageless but neverthe less funny! The irish true to form have a knack for telling jokes. 2 irish priests came to my convent when i was a child to give a retreat. We laughed and laughed till our sides ached. they were like p rofessional comedians.! Fr mCCarthy and FR. O'neil . never forget their names. !
