Hey Phoenscoop I have the Motorola Q9h and would love some help with the problem I'm having. After switching from the Samsung SGH-A707 to the Motorola I have none of my contacts, and yes they are all saved on my simcard from my Samsung; I have checked numerous times. I got the Motorola from my friend so all the contacts that are on there are his. Please Help.

yes very easily just turn it off then press and hold z+e+the red button simultaneously and it will MASTER RESET the phone which will mean no more password but you could lose data

I have the moto q from alltel. Its ok. with a phone like this u can really use it for texting the keyboard is good but, if u really want a better phone from alltel I would go with the HTC touch. not as great for texting but internet and other aps are good. thats my next purchase

I personally would stay away from the treos as they are too bulky. I had the 600, 650, 700wx, 700w, and the 700p and i hated them all. I have never had a blackberry but i know that sprint has a blackberry called the storm that coming out and that phone looks awesome (it is touch screen). I just purchased this motorola Q9 and hopefully i will like it. I dont know if you like the touch screens but I hate them now and i will never buy another one, unless its that blackberry storm. hope this helps.

i still find the keyboard hard to use. the Q9M keyboard is really solid and hard so it makes it hard t push it in. i like my phone's keyboard. its much easier. from my sn you'll know what phone i have :)
