Rapture to start anew. A society that is based off Lamb's butterfly rebirth philosophy, and Andrew Ryan's "Great Chain" theory. They want to give the city a rebirth. Clear out all the splicers, rebuild the crumbling buildings and live in peace. Another part of their philosophy is too enlist more Big Daddies, not just too help the new Little Sisters, but also too rebuild Rapture. You play as a man who has to help take back the city from the Splicers.

But it does have some defects to it :l like 1. the city is almost completly flooded 2. there are splicers everywhere especially the mutated ones and 3. the big daddys are kind of under a spell if u havent noticed cus if anyone tries to even get near the sister he will blow your brains out :l and lastly i dont know hwo they will find rapture since its pretty well hidden and the bathyspheres are completely fucked and there are barely any survivors who arent already spliced up ;)

1. That's true, but don't forget the Rosies. When they're not killing splicers who attack the Sisters, then they go around Rapture and fix it up. They're survival is what has caused the city too last so long.

2. There are Splicers, but they are kinda disorganized, and the group I'm talking about is sorta underground. They hide from the Splicers.

3. Big Daddies can be reprogrammed. Like, using the Hypnotize plasmid, and stuff. Besides, Big Daddies can have free will. Look at Delta.

Delta was the first series of big daddies. not much confirmation but may have been the very first. a mistake with the alpha series was that the Bond between the Protector and little sister was much too strong. when the protector failed at saving its little sister. the Alpha Series went insane. but Delta, having his own sense of will, would've gone the same had nobody had helped him get back to elena.

And as for the bathyspheres, the group I'm talking about that your guy works with has a variety of Rosie's at their disposal. Reprogrammed to work, and nothing else. They've been building bathyspheres, and going up to the surface.

Rapture was not destroyed in bioshock 2, just Persephone detention facility was, that building collapses into the trench after the bomb detonation. Not Rapture. and if they do make bioshock 3 they better fucking include the ability to go BACK TO ANY LEVEL

It gets boring when you find a good level like Fontaine Futuristics and stuck with the shitty RUMBLER and Alpha series running around. Bouncers are so much better.

Here is what I think 3 should be like, cause the developers seem to be struggling with some of the bad reviews people are giving them.

Rapture had been able to live up to 2009 without sinking into the sea. There are many more Splicers, due to them breeding and having their children splice up like them. There are very few Big Daddies left, along with Little Sisters. There are only a handful of human survivors, and they have a plan.

By using bathyspheres, they are bringing new people back down to-

2 I thought that the storyline in this one was a bit worse than the first but the gameplay was in my opinion MUCH better

There was a plasmid in the first game that looked like a little green ball; you threw it at a Big Daddy and it would protect you. At the beginning a guy throws a familiar green ball at you and hits you. It's the same plasmid.
