I remember being with whats now estimated to be about 30,000 people in a huge illegal Fantazia rave in 1992, this dropped sometime during the night.. there were 60,000 arms in the air, literally. Try and picture that. Maddest night of my life... like another world, an endless city of crazy dancing people. I'm so happy I got to be part of the acid house revolution, it was the greatest scene in pop culture history.. nothing on that scale before or since. Acid house forever.

@stuporstar Fantazia was legal but maybe a different mindset but there have been large rave events in the past few years. Nearly 32-35k showed up for Swedish House. I hope the day comes when acid techno draws a huge crowd. Yes mindsets are different but so will be each decade of EDM.
