she decided to do a risky thing, go to a gathering in a very troubled hood where guns are used often, I think she knew it was risky but decidet to take a chance, the safer alternative is to stay at home indoors as much as possible but that can get very boring

WTF ? She should be able to go to a backyard party wihout having to think " I am gonna get shot." It's not her fault at all.She should have to think..hmm..this is risky.
