This scene actually is fake. She ends up imagining the whole thing because she tends to always think something bad will always happen to her everytime she finds something out of the ordinary which in this case is that little blue vase.

It's a really good series. I got the box set from an anime convention a few months ago. Just to answer everybody's curiousity on the anime name.
