@lvll138inrs No. There is no way according to the known and accepted laws of physics. The closest thing we could try is the idea of "warping" not as in speed but as in bending two points in space time together to create a "Gateway" then crossing the gateway at which point space unfolds. So basically instead of going from Point A to Point B. You take Point A and bend it to Point B making the space between them nonexistent. So pretty much you instantly get there via black hole.

Even, On the video called "Stephen Hawking Universe", Dr. Hawking started his explanations based on "all phenomenon can be explained by natural laws", then he concluded stating: "the universe is coming from infinite causal chain"...- in short: the question "where come natural laws from?" is metaphysical by definition. I think Dr hawking has been overestimated by atheist community, may be due to the human being needs follow leaders for feeling well. God is the greatest leader.

Its because I agree and accept the good that Jesus, moses and the others (excluding the roman catholic church from 391AD) have said. You don't have to believe in God to agree that you should treat others as you do yourself as you don't have to be an atheist to agree that the Earth isn't the center of the universe. try and think logically, not conflictingly.

I agree as a matter of history, religion was a way to answer lifes questions, but we must move on, as we learn more and more religion will only either hold us back or make us live in contradiction. Religion is dogma, you cant change the words or it then ceases to be religion. Also atheists are not a world view, only a single postion to a single question - is there a god. I just finished watching the series. The only way I can describe it is to say my brain flipped over in my head and I started breathing in my stomach. That's how it felt in a physical sense as my mind tried to come to terms with the concepts.
There is no fact that a "god" exists or not. People believe in gods because they have faith. You need to have faith to believe in anything whether you are athiest, christian, buddust, ect. I do not think that it's right tho when someone who does not believe in a god says that people who do are not open minded. I could say the same with people who are athiests. EVERYONE has faith in something. No matter what it is, people need to stop telling others that they are wrong.

Even, On the video called "Stephen Hawking Universe", Dr. Hawking started his explanations based on "all phenomenon can be explained by natural laws", then he concluded stating: "the universe is coming from infinite causal chain"...- in short: the question "where come natural laws from?" is metaphysical by definition. I do not think that it's right tho when someone who does not believe in a god says that people who do are not open minded. I could say the same with people who are athiests. Science has shown us that many situations are like that, and that nothing written in any holy book, and prayers said to any god are sufficient to improve that fact. Weather and other phenomena, dissipate energy (mostly, but not exclusively) from the sun, our own local thermonuclear reactor. It does so because of teh interaction of the solar system/'s parts and pieces, and it is the object of science to detail how that happens.

It has been learned in the last 100 years that the true nature of nature is that it is essentially random in its finest workings (quantum mechanics). The only reason that nature seemed deterministic to earlier scientists is because they only saw the results of huge numbers of quantum operations. Only in the last 100 years have we probed the quantum level, and we discover nature is ruled by probability. Weather turns out to be one of those places where the nondeterminism is especially acute.

Id have to agree on the no god side of things if you actually get your head out of your ass in look at the world you will see there is no god and if there is he doesn't give a shit about you and if you think he does that is beyond my comprehension of stupidity. if there is a god why is the natural diseases not man made but caused my nature? i get free will can do terrible things but why does the innocent 3 year old girl get killed with a unpreventable disease?

@boyinthedrain you have taken words from the old testament and have twisted them to your own personal sadistic liking.. did you know that Satan tempted Jesus in the desert? you know what he did to throw him off? he said bible verses with little twists in it..exactly what your doing. the new testament IS Jesus Christ. those things you speak on are either A) not true B) twisted to make the followers look bad when the book is actually talking about unGodly people like yourself..

And how are we supposed to interpret those passages. And don't give me the whole "The Old Testament is no longer valid because of Jesus" excuse or else you'll have to explain Matthew 5:17.
By the way, I don't believe in Satan or God... they are both magical boogie men.
As for being Ungodly. I don't have the morality of God in the Bible. My standard of morality is MUCH HIGHER than the God in the Bible.

AHHHH... Pascal's Wager! possibly the most moronic argument in history.
Pascal's Wager, which says "You might as well believe in God because what do you have to lose" fails on all counts
It assumes:
1) God is stupid and can't tell fake belief from real belief
2) God is evil and will punish us simply for disagreeing with him
3) We can control what we believe even without evidence
4) That we picked the right God.
If you are Christian, it would suck for you if the Muslims are right!

I am going to be an all you can eat buffet for worms.
But I make the lives of the people around me better and teach my children to not waste their lives pondering their afterlife but live good lives helping others.
And while those worms are having a kick ass feast, the people left alive will say "He was a good person... I'm glad he was here."

@boyinthedrain wait...waste your time pondering the afterlife?? ok since when people die there gone for good...this is agreed upon. and life is short because in the time it takes someone to be born and die people who are already dead never come back so why wouldnt you ponder whats after death since its alot longer than a life time . im sorry if it doesnt make sense the way i tried to articulate it but i think you know what i mean.

Yes, I believe pondering the afterlife is a waste of time. You can study every book, every theory and every concept and in the end you learn exactly gotch.
You can pick which mythology is most comforting, but in the end you didnt learn anything real, just which folklore has survived.
And that time could be spent doing something useful, like making someone else's LIFE better. All we know is that we are alive on this earth. Everything else is just speculation based on old stories

Jesus came and died and was resurrected 3days later its as simple as that.. and i try my hardest to follow and live my life righteously even though i fall extremely short of whats asked of me but all he cares about is that you atleast TRY

If you do good deeds and are a good caring person making your patch of the world better, then who cares what your motives are?
If you do it for Jesus, or Allah, or Buddha or for Satan or because you are trying to get laid or just because you think it is the right thing to do... it doesn't matter.
The only thing that matters is living a good life and making the world better.
