Spider wire is good. The clear version isnt really clear underwater but it actually makes a good high vis line for float fishing or sidedrifting for steelhead. I have spider wire stealth on all my rods. I use an albright not to tie in a mono tip if i need it. Good stuff !
I have FireLine on my boat rod. I then came to wanting braid for my flick rods and i found SpiderWire, it was a tad cheaper so i thought try it. Its the smoothest braid ive felt. Fireline is great, but its very very rough and makes grinding noises.....I will never go back to mono after using SpiderWire...........
