I'm a freshman in Highschool (15 years old) and I throw 114 ft halfway through my first season of Javelin with no coach and I only do a three step... What should I do to get better? All we do I practice is throw lol
i heard breaux greer's technique is shit. that's why he has so many injuries, but i cant tell really tell if he's throwing wrong or not... the guy can launch the damn javelin like its nothing.
those fucking assholes at the youth olympics next year didn't even put up hammer throw as an event, fucking dickheads, seriously. I was looking forward to go aswell, I'm pretty sure I would be qualified
not to sound wierd, but im young....and I love javelin...Im kinda nerdy so I love the cavemen and such....and you know how the cavemen used javelins to take down animals hehe....I like to pretend im a caveman....and aim at targets and yeah..........
where did you hear that? Jan Zelezny came back after back surgery and threw 88m @ age 40. Breaux greer just broke the American record and he is a walking injury. Knees, elbow, shoulder and back breaux has done it all and he is still throwing pretty well. If you get injured usually it is only temporary. It is very possible to come back off an injury and throw as far or farther than you have before.
Breaux actually had shoulder surgery this off season. i believe it as Breaux who once said "...if a thrower hasn't had some kind of surgery, they're not trying hard enough."
But he is Jan Zelezny! He was always dangeous. Like he did prove it last season in European Championships in Gothenburg where he was 40! Jan's season best was back then 2004 86,12 and i did expect that he beat that in the final, which could have been enough to win.
Seriously rabbits no one gives a shit how old you are and how for you throw it!

Je heb een Nemeth 80m Club = Paars/geel/groen
en er is er nog een Nemeth classic 90m ook paars/geel/groen
Daarmee gooit Breaux en Tero ( zn Pr dan ) !
