I cannot believe how much control he has. The arms, the shimmies, just everything was so well executed. Love the fluidity and grace in the turns and spins too. Just amazing! The best male bellydancer I've ever seen. :)

The costume is superb, it is wonderful and fitting but not overly flashy. Which seems to be a problem with male dancing costumes - they look altogether too gaudy because the producents make them after female costumes, the result is that the costume gets too much attention and ruins alot of the atmosphere as obviosly, men aren't women. Your costume still keeps onto your masculinity and this really shows to bring out just how magnificent your dancing is!

I just don't know what to say. I love belly-dancing, and male belly-dancing as well, but this is nearly without flaw. It is astounding. The hands are part of the self-expression, so what they are doing lets you know where the dancer is emotionally, technically, this is EXCELLENCE, especially for a male dancer. and if the poster is the dancer himself... I COMMEND YOU. I have seen bellydance in Germany, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan and all over the Americas. You are wonderful!

@buddha3233 @merlinado Actually you are both wrong. There is no "right" way to do a shimmy, but you can do more with your shimmy's if you shimmy with the muscles in your belly instead of your knees. These two ways to shimmy have nothing to do with the music but with the amount of layering you do in your dancing.

@Ritabellydance depends on each one the concept of "fit". To me is "don't have any flufly area", it's kinda difficult specially male stomach area, and back....

But maybe you're right, I didn't see the "icons" of egypt male belly dancers since 40's to nowadays, because I don't know and I'm not a specialist. Sorry if I offended someone with my comments, but..nowadays the biggest part of belly dancers I've seen are rubish...

It use to be a women dance. guy dance but not like womn. the dance with a cane and they have other forms of dance. I dont like male dancer jamil who dances with his flufy bely and nakes hairy body. I think he should wear a costume that covers his belly and chest like asi haskal or titi do. Tito is the best male bellydancer, he is from egypt

@RaruphoElfei I heard that name before. I actually do not like tribal. I do not like snakes :). I do not like all the tatous, the hair and the costumes they do. They do learn some nice ondulation but I never liked watching tribal fusion. I like classical egyptian bellydance. But I respect your taste, I don't mind learning tribal but just to become more flexible , I would use my skill in tradictional egyptian bellydance style though

@Ritabellydance depend on the performer, not every tribal fusion dancer fit to my taste. I like the concept itself, in my vision, it is not a comparation to belly dance, is another style mixed with hip hop (actually tribal is a very new and opened style of dance, you can wear something different, and in some canse I think the clothes can be very interesting).

At the same time I really enjoy a traditional performance, I like the moves except one and another.

There is an egyptioan bellydancer, my favorite actually, her name is Randa Kamel. she took ballet and nevr took bellydance classes. she just wachted it since she was a kid. nobody dances like her. she has her uniques style. why are you so concerned about looking gay, you sound like one:)
