I am so glad you uploaded this! I found your vids about a week ago and tried to play every single one because they brought me peace. I need to learn and practice meditation and slow down..I felt so much better when I was working with my chiropractor..I have scoliosis. I have read its because one carries the weight of their parents on their back and for me that is true...thank you so much for this! I hve my earphones and ready to roll.... Merry Christmas!

Question... I feel that I have experienced the Now Spirit presence via meditation, but also through playing at or listening to a high voltage concert, being in nature, or going to a dance party. Are they the same kind of commune, or is commune with God meant to be quiet? In your opinion, what gets energy vibrations up the highest? Thanks

@srhubbel YES, many ways to 'get connected' - imo it's the feeling of feeling 'filled' , connected, come union-ed with Source...an AC/DC concert can do it...:) or whoever...Nature, etc...
