I have a mic, I just decided not to use it for this tutorial... And by the way: These tutorials were made as I just started out with Blender. And if you don't like it, don't watch it.

And please tell me what you thought was bad about this tutorial besides the fact that I failed to use my microphone.

Oh and videos about Runescape are better in your opinion? And why don't you get a mic yourself?

Do you mean the depth in the description? That's something else. You can increase that in the materials under Ray Mirror and/or Ray Transparency.
