No more St.L&H owned and everything is handed over to CP. All CP controlled. St.L&H used to own everything and lines of D&H or Delaware and Hudson railway. Whatever D&H had was that of St.L&H.
Looks like a trio of SD40-2's leading. StL&H was CP's subsidiary eastern operating unit starting in 1996, wholly owned I should say. It was headquartered in Montreal, QC. It started to fell through in 2001 back to CP Rail. It is slowing dissolving every since. CP was hoping it would take care of itself so that CP would focus more on western Canada. The St.L&H was to be in charge of mostly container trains or expressway.
