Yes it's true most men don't want to pay up.
But for anyone to think it is about the children really don't understand what drives it "MONEY",the court gets 80% reimbused to them from the Fed of what they collect from support .This guy is only explaining it away
and not telling the facts.Almost script of how the case workers are told to tell it.
Bottom line it's all about the money and alot of money indeed.

Number one: Never pay in cash...To many, so called, "Moms" that will screw you later with that..
Number two: Shared Parenting is the way to go.. It's the best interest for the child and will work out better in the long run for both parties
Number three: FirstWivesworld... Please do a segment on the "Moms" who withhold the child from the father.... The stats on this is staggering...
Number four: The speaker forgot about social security until 18..
