I don't know why everyone doesn't like the first 37 seconds of BLAZE, I thought that and the rest of it was great. Sociometry still has to grow on me, though.

GREAT action sequences in this OP, especially Shana vs. Hecate and Yuuji vs. minions. The swordfighting was awesome.

Everything's perfect!!! Except for the fact that Ike, Tanaka, and Sato didn't show up once in the songs. T__T And I might be a bit uninformed, but shouldn't Yuuji's flame with the Blutsauger be silver? Or is that just when he channels his power of existence from Reiji Maigo into the sword?

Finally getting back to fighting Balle Masque from the looks of it... and Yuji looks like he's gonna start kicking ass now, too! The battles in the openings for Shana kick ass, somehow they make me giddy with anticipation, they're so beautifully well-done.

Having listened to the opening over two dozen times in the last few hours, I can say it has grown on me, and I love it. I even like the first bit now, I used to think it sounded stupid, but now it fits great and sounds mysterious.
