C first position, then you slide that up to 3rd fret in same position but lift your ring finger, then Bm barre chord, and Em first position. And for most of it you just play the 4 strings in the middle

Since it's Weezer, it's most likely half step down tuning...I'm sure it would be fine if you played it in standard though.
