No doubt the BC Lions have had some great football teams throughout their fantastic history plus put on some top shows for their fans too. Hopefully Ottawa will get a CFL team soon-the CFL needs another Canadian football team now!. The Grey Cup is Canada's bigest sporting event.
I don't know - I was there and I recall it being pretty packed; the lawn was a sea of people. I mean, you can't debate the merits of holding a rally at an outdoor lunchtime at the Art Gallery over an evening celebration at say, GM Place, but I don't think you can say it was sparsely attended.
BROOOTAL howmany people showed up for this.I was embarrassed as a lions fan.These guys bring championships to the town and you can afford to bring the family.I'll take the lions anyday over the canucks.
