Yes, this isn't a Fort Minor song. Mike Shinoda wrote a batch of short instrumentals along with Lil John for the 2005 VMA's. This is an amazing track though. All the VMA songs Mike did are, also. And I'm pretty sure I heard this on Fantasy Factory too, @MotocrossJames. I think i heard the Reanimation remix of High Voltage on it too.
