@ReeseT56 I am sorry to tell you that the PS2 and Wii versions of this game are 2D side-scrollers. I'm being dead serious. You can even look it up. It's only in 3D/free roam on the Xbox 360 and the PS3. Sorry bro, but Activision really screwed PS2/Wii owners big time.

@CrystalSphear I think the lag is the same in consoles, is the Game Engine, cant handle itself, specially in the third act it would keep freezing and many times the game crushed. And if your luck is really bad, in the Rino level, Rino wont be controlable to break the walls and if you go to last checkpoint the game saves the glitch, happen to me and other people too i have read. Hope you get better luck.

i think the story review part desreved a little more than wat this guy gave it credit for i meen the story was freaking AMAZING! it really had purpose in this game it wasnt just a oh heres another villian time to save the day no in this game the story is told buetifully and the fact tht the city was suffering from a symbiotic infection and not 1 villian going on a rampage for like 5 minutes made it awesome he gave the karma system NO credit towards the story and thts so freaking stupid!

we need a web of shadows sequel, I liked Shattered dimensions, but this is my fave. Really enjoyed it especially the decision making and the epic boss fights. Plus the involvement of Wolverine, Moon Night and other marvel characters just felt right. Mike Vaughn fucked up the vioce but man I was tripping over how good the story was. (after playing sm3) The whole idea of Spiderman trying to save a city that hates him and everything getting corrupted by symbiotes was just epic.

At least Shattered Dimensions only flaw is that it's nothing other than fighting, none other of the crap in WoS

hate to say it.. but as much as i like spiderman.. i don't think shattered deminsions is going to be much better. seems like their trying to pull off too many types of game mechanics in one game and it might be hard to polish all four types. @ABL36 i saw some previews of the game and they kick major ass. the control look fine, the graphics are awsome, especially 2099; his graphics are better than arkham asylums`. the writer of the game is dan slott and i heard he`s very good. the voices of the game are neil patrick harris as amazing spiderman, christophor daniel barnes as noir spiderman, dan gilvazan as 2099 spiderman, and josh keaton as ultimate spiderman. deadpool is gonna be in the game as well.

1:53-2:12 I totally agree with. Half the time Spider-Man sounds humourously bad, but half the time he sounds pretty annoying.

Other than that, and maybe some issues with climbing, this game was worth my $30 (unless there's a really long, tedious fight with The Kingpin, like in Spider-Man 3).
