id like to know if this phone would last me a full day under these conditions: i text often, maybe a hundred messages a day, i watch a few youtube videos, browse the web briefly, download music, and check fb and twitter often, as well as listen to music most of the day with earbuds...with battery saving measures taken will this phone get me through the day?

Hey for people on sprint coming from the aging blackberry devices and need a phone to go to Europe or the rest of the world? This is the phone for you. It is a much better phone even on battery and it does not freeze up and give that that "clock" thingy blackberries give you when you really need to make that important time sensitive phone call. Get this phone....its cheap, friendly to work with and perfect for replying those business emails on the go the world over!!!

@randomguyisboard no iPhone 4S is the fastest because iOS works more efficiently with the hardware. Gingerbread doesn't. Hence why Mac OS X is faster than Windows.

@stogi5959 So true.. Instead of working on the hardware all the time, what about the software? It NEEDS to be fast but at some point it gets fast enough and you don't need more than that.

I have iPhone 4 and it is single core and it's smooth and fast, no problems at all.. You can see the difference in launching apps on iPhone 4 to 4S is just few seconds, but if you have many apps it is way faster on the dual core one.
