  • The moment I heard 'boiled' - goodbye

  • the salt that you added to the onions will make the okra super slimy... T.T

  • TADA!! LOL!

  • Loved your video,

Just made my first Bhindi masala from a book I found.

I did not have a couple of ingredients so i used some tumeric and mustard seed.

I used less oil as I am a recent open heart patient and must watch the oil.

I have never cooked indian style before and was glad that what I did was much the same as did. Thanks very much.

    ken

  • who boils okra... you idiot !!!!!! and in indian cooking you dnt used factory made garlic paste .......

  • Is it necessary to put coriander powder? Will cumin powder not work?

  • he didnt boild that okra

okra in US walmart is available as frozen so he just cleaned it up

  • HEY MAN U DONT ADD TOMATTO TO OKRA???????

  • no boiling bhindi , bhindi no boiling...

    fry them ......

  • i bet this guy is fat

  • I am sorry to say but if you boil bhindi in water it will become slimy and uneatable. Bhindi must always be cooked without water unless u like it slimy.:)

  • you never boil bhindi you fry bhindi in oil first and than cook it

  • i think you should let your wife cook.

  • who boil BHINDI mate!!!!

    :0(

  • lol i thoght u make parathe self ;) but then i saw the paratha pack ;)

  • Instead of boiling the frozen okro, you can try putting it on a baking sheet, and stick it in the oven on broil.

  • Looks Disgusting

  • oh my friend you tought very good but one mistake you did.that is many times shocked your nose.whenever we cook if we stop to shock our nose it will be best. thank you.

  • Thanks people! Lemme know how it turned out!

  • I must show this to my hubby..Such organised work and what a clean kitchen..LOL...i love this receipe & ur enthu..Good work..!! :)

  • This is not the right way. Seems like you are an amateur cook like me. Bhindi masala made by experienced people is not slimy.

  • Thanks for your video....

  • Hey Prads

It's realli yummy video with the desi touch and I am gonna try making it, this weekend, I am afraid if I'll get the similar type of paratha's in Hong Kong, is there a specific name or brand that I need to ask for?

    God bless

    J

  • this is wrong method of cooking bhindi...it made my dish super super slimy........

  • @amitnagarwal OMG u r never supposed 2 boil bhindi :P..i neverrrrrr heard of boiled okra before:P..u r rite, it cant b anythn but slimy if u boil it..use the same recipe, fry the onions, then fry the bhindi, on medium to high flame, dont use spoon very often..spooning also makes bhindi slimy..and add one or two diced tomatoes when sliminess of bhindi is gone.. then put the lid on, and cook until tomatoes r tender/cooked.. thats a much better recipe..by the way,

  • @amitnagarwal the less masalas u use, the better bhindi you get.. i only add salt and chillie powder to mine. and believe its yummyyyyy...masalas kill the actual taste of vegetables..specially coriander poweder..it makes vegetables look ugly n dark in color.. avoid it..and make bhindi using onions, oil, bhindi, tomatoes, salt, red chillies and green chillies only:P

  • @nskhan1983 oh by the way, its pakistani version of bhindi:P..indians use more masalas n they like it that way..so up to u :)

  • @nskhan1983 Pakistani.only bomb human kinds.they are the Bhindis when out of date to buy.

But this dish is well made and I am hungary

  • @magadee1000 u r talking to a pakistani :) n i have never even seen a bomb all my life:) i think the US is the best at bombing human kind, especially if Muslim :)

  • and for paratha, y to go to an indian store?? /just take some wheat flour or plain all purpose flour, add water and salt to it..knead the dough, and make small balls,,n just roll it to make a chapati/paratha, fry it on ur skillet using any cooking oil:P..better than the frozen parathas u buy from stores..they r not good :(

  • Awesome dude! thanks a lot! I was looking for it.

  • ur wife must love u =p

    im tryin this tomm

    thnk u for th recipe

  • Nice video! truly mouthwatering ! Well done!

  • Looks good! :) I was wondering what to do with my frozen okra. All the other recipes say to use fresh ones. I am making this tonight.
