@paulaxa1 sure as long as you have a big enough puffer and you are feeding him the goldfish heheheh. anyways goldfish make alot of ammonia and puffers cant tolerate any ammonia at all. zero ammonia, nitrites and nitrates.

@paulaxa1 hello definatly not a goldfish is a freshwarter fish and green spot puffer is brackish it will defintly not work plus the puffer will kill the goldfish

you have clown loaches in a brackish aquarium and they're ok?? I always thought the salty water would irritate their skin because they don't really have fish scales to protect their bodies with....

What is your salinity, if you don't mind? I'd suggest moving some of your more freshwater fish out for some things like archers, gobys or scats.

SG is at 1.005. There are already two silver scats in the tank, they are tiny, though they will grow.
