It's good but I think it should be a bit faster. It's a little too slow. There should also be some anticipation and weight as he jumps into the hole. Also, he should jump in an arch. He should jump up fast, slow in the middle, and speed up again and he falls into the hole.
Just some suggestions. It really is good for a first animation.
