  • This guy can't sympathize with them because he had to bury the guilt he has about what he does for a living.Remember sheep only want what's best for themselves, once they're fine the world is roses and fuck everyone else. But they pay for it, oh they do. It's the reason why Americans commonly have broken emotions. Cause you're brainwashed wake-up revolt get pissed and stay pissed until the problem is destroyed! Wake others up point out corruption and injustice and insert the ideas of revolution!

  • Blame the banks! the politicians made the rules the banks had to follow and the people took the loans that they couldn't pay, but that's irrelevant, its the banks fault for being in the middle!

As if banks some how want to give money to people they know can't repay it.

  • @redjello2o Banks will gladly make loans to people that can't pay if they know that they can sell off those loans for profit long before default occurs. That is essentially what the whole sub-prime debacle has been. These are the shock-waves still emanating from it.

The best example is all the loans where people were charged low, interest only payments for two years. The banks and brokers sold those loans in that time period and were not liable to anyone for the loses after they sold.

  • They should have barricaded themselves in the house with a few assult rifles and told the bank to come on down and take my home. Banks are scum!!

  • @TheRealestEver I bought my home in 1983. I've never missed or even had 1 late payment in all those years. My credit scores are over 775. Due to job loss I tried to get WELLS FARGO to modify my 7.50 rate for over 2 yrs. I called W.F. over 100 times & sent countless documents with W.F.only saying "default not imminent" With rates at 60 yr. lows I exhausted my IRA keeping all my payments current. I'm not looking for a free ride, just a modification until I find employment.W.F.offers ZERO help!!

  • @randroid88 Sorry to hear about your situation. From what I've heard they don't want to modify unless you miss payments. Right now they will take your money as long as you have any because they can still get something from you. From their perspective, they could always modify later. Its a terrible choice they leave you with.

  • @Platinum1812 Yea, I believe you are correct. I always prided myself on never missing or having a late payment since I bought my home.. I really thought that WELLS FARGO would actually help me because of that and my high credit scores. It sucks to just miss payments that I have made on purpose, just to get any consideration from them!

  • we're supposed to feel sorry for estate agents and banks who sold sub prime mortgages at extortionate rates to people who need a home?

  • Two wrongs dont make a right! But it might make you feel better! and three rights make a left!

What is more shamefull than what these people do, Is what the banks and big business is doing to our country. I dont feel sorry for the banks at all... go bankrupt, make a bunch of shitty deals, get the U.S. Taxpayers to bail you out as you give your top executives millions in bonuses for not running the business, well, Aint that a bitch, I feel real bad for the banks ... LMFAO .....

  • That behavior is shameful. I would be embarrassed to leave my home in such a state. I would make sure I left it pristine, even if I was losing it. That's what my pioneer heritage has taught me.

  • 38 people urinated in every square inch of the house... and i make 39! Screw you banks!

  • I lost my house to the banks because when i found out i was paying interest only for Five years @ 758.00 a month i stopped paying. i should have burned the thing down..

  • @karlbuttler Why didn't you read the contract before you signed it? Why did you borrow more than you could afford? Is it the banks responsibility to educate you, hold your hand, and give you free shit?

  • @psiewert83 Who said i could'nt afford it?? im not going to piss money away.. and yes you are correct, i Did Not Properly educate my self..

  • @karlbuttler Dumb question: Can you get any type of loan after foreclosing? Cash? Auto?

  • @ManicRaider Yes you can, but you have to basically earn back good credit little by little again. Foreclosure basically gives you the credit score of a 16 year old. Also, people should know that when you destroy a home intentionally after you are foreclosed on, it becomes an additional hit on your credit history. No bank will ever give you a loan again.

  • I hope they do go after people who do things like this.

I'm so tired of the selfishness I see anymore

When I was growing up, I was taught to respect what is and isn't mine.

  • @sheltiepaws1 Amen! I don't think these people understand the concept of a mortgage. The bank owns your home, and only ALLOWS you to live in it until you pay it off. Then they hand over ownership to you.

  • Banks coming after those is a non starter, they would find it very difficult to prove it was the former owner who trashed the house. Who's to know that after the dwelling was vacated that vandals didn't enter the property and vandalise it..

  • Well, if banks and investors couldn't afford to loose in the stock market. They shouldn't have made that bet. But they did...because they knew they were going to get bailout by their friends in Washington with the money of the very same people they are screwing. STOP PUTTING EVERYTHING ON THE HOMEOWNERS! GO DO SOME RESEARCH AND FIGURE OUT WHO THE RETARDED PEOPLE REALLY ARE.

  • shame on these people. if you cant afford a house dont buy it. Why is that such a confusing concept!? i suppose since they are so retarded that explains why they cant hold a job.

  • @psiewert83 Don't get to cocky just because you are rich you shit head. When you lose your job, you'll understand.

  • @TheKittenish No, I'll never understand this level of disrespect and lack of common sense. I save as hard as I possibly can and only buy within my means so that if someday I lose my job, I have 6 months salary saved up so i have enough to support myself while i find another job. Why don't people realize that you do NOT own a home until you pay off your loan. People seem to forget the fact that you have to fucking BORROW money. The bank OWNS the home until you pay it off. Dumb ass pieces of shit.

  • I'd pour a 90 LBS bag of cement down the sewer, they would have to jack hammer the floor to fix it.

  • Not for nothing, but seriously you are going to bitch about taking curtains and light fixtures? WTF, do you want these people to leave their furniture and clothes too? If they bought it, it is theirs. The first thing most people do when they get a new place is buy window treatments that match their style and color palettes.

  • i would throw the party of a life time! trash that shit!

  • best thing to do is ruin foundation, rip out wiring and cut support beams. Makes it cost too much to fix.

  • Oh, for heaven's sake!

Has anybody in the midwest ever heard of Milan Italy? as in "meh-lon" not "my-lynn".

  • why give the bank more then what i got when i bought the place?

  • hey u dumb ass that is buying gold when the shit hits the fan what are u going to use your gold for boomerangs ha ha

  • time for a bank run!

take all you got and buy gold, siliver... hell, copper even. pearls diamonds whatever... just take it outta the banks!

  • @funnyguise You are insane to buy metals or jewels now, they are way too expensive. Buy bullets and food they will be much more important and handy than hunks of metal.

  • Will someone PLEASE think of the corporate profits.

  • @DeviousBetrayer

Yeah i do think of the corporate profits that the corporations pay back as dividends to investors like me who actually save money.

Go move to venezuela you commie shithead.

  • @p1gpharmer lol, get ready to go broke then funny guy...

  • The reporter at the end is a moron. In MA ownership is transferred at time of auction. The ownership doesn't actually change until about 4 weeks after the auction when the paperwork is processed at the registry of deeds. The bank never takes ownership. They will not come after you, they don't give a shit.

  • Hee Haw, the South will rise again!

  • Theyre gonna come after you for the stuff you took out of the house?????? If you cant pay the rent what the heck makes them think you can pay for all of the stuff you ripped out???

  • instead of attacking the people why doesnt the media focus on the underlying problem, just like occupy wall street they did the same thing complaing about the protesters and how stupid they were (dirty, etc) but they failed to give the reasons they were there in the first place or ask the gov. or wall street what can be done to fix it

  • @Halloween666Freak "maybe that guy in the suit should get his house forclosed, make his sorry ass homeless, ive been homeless already and it sucks" Maybe that guy has busted his ass and made intelligent decisions during his life, and YOU are an asshole, not him. Its not HIS fault you made bad decisions and were kicked out of your house. Fucking jerk, wishing bad shit to happen to people who haven't done anything to you. Which one of you two is the jackass now?

  • The is pure propaganda- These details may be true, but what they don't tell you is that banks foreclose on homes that they had ZERO risk in, in the first place. Banks don't loan money! They don't LOAN money. They get it for free you idiots.

  • Get "revenge" by helping those that have not yet lost their homes to bank fraud. Please relay this message to all friends and family that apply : Are you current or in foreclosure ? Would you like to know how you can get your mortgage down 20%-60%, and possibly even receive fine money for fraud perpetrated upon you and your family by the U.S. banks ?

  • case with nevada homeowners some of whom are paying their homes off in full - but due to Title Fraud that the bankers commited in creating MERS, they can not get title to their homes, so what are they paying for?

  • how many wall street bankers have gone to jail for the MERS Title Fraud committed on over 60 million homes in the USA - at the time that escrow was closed on these naive homeowners? It is illegal to convert a UCC9 into a UCC8 on Wall Street - so why did these bankers continue to convert, illegally, UCC9s into UCC8s? And why do they get away with creating derivatives? And you have the nerve to say that homeowners are vandalizing their homes - that even if they paid for in full as in the

  • Hahahahahahaha!!

  • Everything in this world boils down to greed.

Its a shame, people will have families thrown out onto the streets just for money.

    Shame on you, Humanity.

  • @headless6string The Banks have cost millions their jobs, playing the housing games they did. Ever thought how many companies the helped move out of the country. They should have paid you at least $10,000 to leave the house in good shape!

  • You should have paid them $10,000 to leave the home in good shape! The banks created the mess and are starting to receive what they deserve. What a bunch of lies that home is your to remodel any way you chose. I foreclosed serval years ago on a project and that is what a judge told me. They can do whatever they want to it and you can only sue for the interest and late penaties owed. The banks ruined the entire world economy playing the CDO and MBS game. I don't feel sorry for them at all!

  • NO WE THE PEOPLE WHO MAD THE GOVERNMENT WHO GAVE BIRTH TO YOUR F#$% BANKS AND GOVERNMENTS ,ITS WE THE PEOPLE WHO RULE YOU

YOU DONT RULE OVER US !!

WE WILL MAKE THE LAWS AND WE WILL F@#$ THE BANK LIKE THE BANKS F@#$ US

  • Criminals.

  • lol Sure The Banks Can try And Come After All you Have to Claim is remodeling Of The House and No You can not be arrested Idot And Another Thing Let The Banks Sue And Once They Get a Judgement File Bankruptcy On Those Bastards

  • What the hell is wrong with you people? You live in a house that you cannot afford and then when you get kicked out you get all pissed.

  • hmm they should have done more i don't feel a bit bad for the banking company

  • ah, who cares if your neighbors' life savings, biggest investment and home is being taken? he was probably a lazy scumbag anyway, regardless of the fact he must have had a good work and credit history. who does he think he is, ruining your night of stuffing cheetohs into your already fat face while watching "queer guy eyes" or some such? The NERVE of some people!

  • Screw the bank right back, lucky for my family and I we didn't purchase any home during the fall down of the economy, now once my wife and I are done with our nursing program we will be able to purchase our house with cash no bank at all.

  • @headless6string same thing with my moms house we left the house in good condition . the bankers let the house freeze water damage walls fell down mold ever where ect........ yea they care . i couldnt have trashed the place that bad with out a bulldozer.........

  • @headless6string same thing with my moms house we left the house in good condition . the bankers let the house freeze water damage walls fell down mold ever where ect........ yea they care

  • August 2011,Every where empty homes there is hundreds so why don't they sell them...Property values in order to keep prices up

  • Serves the greedy, filthy banking scum right.

  • The police or the banks CAN'T DO SHIT!! They cannot prove that you caused that damage recently. Nor can they prove the damage was intentional. Missing mirrors, copper wire, or plumbing?? TAKE THAT SHIT!! Who knows. You may have been "upgrading" or replacing things during the time you were in good standing? LOL. It's a scare tactic!!

  • HAHAHAHAHAHHAA> FUCK THE BANKS

  • thums up if you think the mortgage companies deserve every last bit of damage to the houses just becuase they ripped your dreams right out from under you

  • make a srine to some gods put 10 or 20 candles go out for the day come back to a burning house police and fire fighters will never think you did it on purpose and you can always say you light up that many candles cause you was asking the gods for money to pay the mortgage .....that is how you pay the bank back

  • pieces of shit should not been approved for a loan in the first place.. shitbag irresponsible little bitches..

  • @Not their fault the banks tricked them with shady deals that caused a total collapse of the world economy

  • I used to live in spokane and n/idaho. fuck spokane, all the cops there are gestapo fucks. the department is corrupt as fuck and receives waaay to much power..warrantless entries, and ev.

  • I do mortgage securitiation auditing and I havent seen a mortgage that hasnt gotten fraud written all over it.An audit will seriously help you expose the fraud that has been commited against you.

  • F the bank. The heLL it's theirs. They screw you over so bad you have more than paid for a couple of switch plates and mirrors. I don't believe in pissing on walls and kicking holes but otherwise heck yeah take it all!!! You might need it for when you fix up the piece of crap house you have to buy because your credit is now ruined.

  • @ANGRYEYEBROWS Agreed! I would serioulsy gut that fucking place...I wouldnt piss or shit in there, but I would take every fucking thing I could get my hands on!!

  • just another case of the banksters getting what they deserve...really the people in charge of the banks need to be prosecuted and jailed in masses, but thats never gonna happen. they could all commit homicide, every one of them, and they could get away with it!

  • good job!!! love it

  • Haha They did this in the Great Depression of the 1930s... History always repeats itself.... Hahahaha, the Banks will come after people?

  • I would knock a small hole in the wall, put a few dead fish or open milk inside and repair the hole. It will take a while to figure out where the smell comes from.

  • yeah for them! maybe the banks can use some bailout money to put americans back to work fixing vandalized houses!

  • @inDpendant there's actually a job specifically for this. A trash-out business.

  • finnallly the people are doing what we should do!! no more fucking forclosure oh and salt the lawn that does serious damage to lawn huggers

  • finnallly the people are doing what we should do!! no more fucking forclosure

  • who is to say the owners hadnt left already and someone else broke in.

  • It should be illegal for tenants and homeowners to trash houses period! Many times the one's losing their homes don't trash them, but the renters do. It's just important that each state have laws making trashing of a house or apartment illegal!

Often, people end up losing their homes, because tenants trash them so bad, and the landlords do not have the money to repair the damages. It's just not right that people are allowed to damage property without being help criminally liable.

  • just like a repo vehicle......you see people will tear it up before its repoed, but not realize they WILL pay for the damage, when the bank or? sells it at auction......they still own the rest of the loan ......so if they owe 10k on a car loan, repo it and the banks sells it for 2500 at auction, they still owe the rest.

  • That's funny now they are making shit up, to keep people from fucking up their houses. Notice he said once it officially goes into foreclosure that mean the bank takes possession.... But up until then tear that sucker up. Ps I tried to buy foreclosed bank owned home a few times.... Guess what the people still lived there and seems as though if I wanted to buy it, it would be my responsibility to get them out

  • Legal or not, if my home was foreclosed, and I paid 50% into the mortgage, half that damn house is mine and it's coming with me :).

  • @SSNWalker here here!!!

  • how would the bank prove the damage happened after foreclosure? they cant there is no evidence to prove when the damage was done.

  • Why does crazy shit always happen in Spokane?

  • when the house was their property couldnt they remove anything they want? make any changes to the house they want?

if i buy a house i cant charge the prievious owner with vandalism because he painted it a color i didnt like

  • it would be funny if one of these homeowners that screwed their investment partner (the bank) got into an investment deal with someone, fronted most of the money to invest in some artwork and their partner pissed all over the artwork and destroyed it

  • @whatinthewerld Thats just like saying, It would be funny if banks started giving out bad loans, packaged them up, sold them to their investors, then took out insurance on them because they knew they would lose money and then go to the American government and say give tax payer dollars to the banks and don't pay the bad loans off in the name of the tax payers so we can distroy the American economy. CleptoBanks need to be liquidated starting yesterday, not the taxpayers! Truth ain't so funny:=)

  • @daveusaz1218 I just get tired of everyone justifying their own bad behavior because of someone elses bad behavior. So the banks have their bad behavior, that shouldn't make me feel anymore free to give my word and then break it, or steal, or lie, or screw someone over that accepted a contract from me. Character people! It is the lack of character that is killing this country.

  • @whatinthewerld I see your point but we live in a world where big business "banks, corporations" do things illegally and then lobby senators to change the laws to legalize their behavior and they go alone with this. So they change the laws and make them retroactive to cover the illegal activities in the past. No charactor in that. I think the people being foreclosed on are showing character, otherwise, they would be dragging the all the bankers into the street and giving them lead poisoning.

  • @daveusaz1218 I don’t think there's anyone over 12 that can't see the potential of both big business and government being crooked. It boils down to this: If a guy tells me he will sell his Yacht to me for $100 a month the first year then after that it will go up to $5000 a mo and I say “but I only make $2000 a mo” and the guy says “that’s okay I will still offer you the same deal to buy my yacht” and I accept ‘cause I really want the yacht even though I can’t afford it, whose fault is it?

  • @daveusaz1218 As a society, we all need to stop doing business with these corporations that deal in less than honest ways and quit giving them the power to be “big corporations” because we succumb to the desires of having things we cannot afford, then they come along with a hood covering their horns and people just keep jumping into the trap

  • what happens if they vandalize while the own it still

  • Poor little dirty rotten cock sucking fuck/bastard bankers.. I feel terrible for them.

  • HA! BS! You can do whatever the hell you want to YOUR home and the police cant do jack. So long as it is in the period of which the bank does not own it. Thats right. Right before the bank says 'get out' you can say 'ok, just let me renovate this a bit FIRST!'. Why not, its your house! Break it up, piss on it, sh*t in the corners. Raise as much hell as humainly possible JUST to say 'thanks for nothing retard, have fun selling it!'

  • BURNING@FIRE=PEOPLE ARE SLAVE=$=SNAKE

  • If they can't get the mortgage paid how do the banks think they are going to collect for vandalism?

  • @pineapple1969 can't really prove it was not squatters.

  • wtf they didn't ripout the copper plumbing & wiring,brass doorknobs & aluminum frames.:P

  • @daewooparts You Can Stop Foreclosure Today CALL US TODAY 877-291-4645

  • That police statement is another lie. There is no law subjecting the police to post a warrent and come after you. Notice how major articles, media, and corporations disable or leave out comment sections. They want you to believe in thier lies.

  • Idiot newspeople! They need to trash the properties, it creates jobs and empty houses for longer so it actually helps the poor. It's the least they can do. While you stand there in your suit being young and dumb, think about the people and what's the best for the future. In the future I see houses for the taking. They were built all wrong. We can't have too much independance in the US plus too many hard to fix houses and cars. They can make them easy enough to work on for anyone to do it all.

  • shoot look @ craigslist their people selling furnaces, cabinets AC units, etc in foreclosures

  • I put years of work on improving my house , in Lee County - in S.W.Florida . I would never think of pissing on the floors , or trashing the windows I installed ; or the drywall I installed , even though my Foreclosure Day is-a-coming ! I honestly have no idea what i'm gonna do , but I sure as hell know what I am not gonna do ! Morals & Karma come into play every day !

  • I lost a home several years ago and I left the property spotless because thats just the type of person I'am however all of the new kitchen appliances I had installed were sold before I left.

  • i wish more people were like you.

  • I don't know if I agree with that bluecolor...I know when people have nothing to lose, they will lose it...and if you think by forcing people to be homeless you won't end up on the wrong end of a muzzle flash..think again.

  • The only real lowlifes are the predatory lenders, the banks, and the realtors who keep the prices high by claiming "comps" values of nearby houses, which are based on values of OTHER nearby houses. A good way to fake home values.

  • What?????? If you are dumb enough to loan money up to your eyeballs (out of Greed or to keep up with the Jones), or pay above real value, then you are the lowlife. It aint rocket science for the rest of us. If you want to borrow to the maximum of your means, then take your medicine like a man I say and learn from it. It is amazing how many people in that position have been there before?

  • Lowlifes who would even do stuff like this when their house is repossessed should never ever been approved for a mortgage or rental contract.

  • I disagree with vandalism, however, after losing everything do to this ungodly meltdown, a homeowner SHOULD take what little improvements they made to the property, of which they will never see the promised return for their labor and investment.
