  • Ah its Stephanie Lawrence RIP

  • Still my favourite musical

  • wow 1993 was not a good year for the broadway musical.

  • At least it had Tommy and Spider Woman

  • @jonmoscone One of the BEST Tony broadcast....Blood Brothers, The Who's Tommy, Kiss of the Spider Woman, and The GoodBye Girl.......this is how to do it!

  • I was lucky enough to see Stephanie Lawrence in this in the West End in the mid 90s - she was absolutely phenomenal and the whole cast were utterly fantastic.

  • Mickey and Eddie doubles? They can't be on the floor and standing/singing at the same time.

  • @DMag123 its to go with the line 'say it's just some clowns...'

  • @DMag123 she said 'say it's just a dream'

  • We did this show at my high school a year ago, and this song still chokes me up when I hear it.

    Amazing song. Amazing show.

  • I saw this in 94 I believe on Bway with the Cassidy Bros and Petula Clark. Marvelous! Very depressing, though! The only character that was annoying for me was the incessant narrator dude popping up everywhere!

  • @rlee1976 I saw it back with them, too!

  • saw it about a month ago recomend it best musical i have seen

  • some guys in my class are peforming a song from this musical, i think it might be this one and they are soooooo good

  • Thank you Liza - Petula Clark, the best lead, (also one of Liza's Bridesmaids.)

  • Wow Kerry Butler looks diff in this cast.

  • I love this show! I saw it in the west end about ten years agao and the soundtrack still gives me chills to this day

  • what an amazing year....Tommy...Kiss of the Spider Woman...and THIS......A-MAH-ZING!!!!!!!!

  • Stephanie Lawrence - RIP. The greatest Mrs J of all time.

  • OMG ITS BARBARA WALSH!!! LOVE HER

  • my fav was bernie nolan..

  • I had the absolutely wonderful pleasure of seeing Helen Ready in this show on Broadway. She was amazing and made me weep like a small child. One of the most powerful shows I've ever seen.

  • oops...misspelled Reddy

  • did this show win any tonys?

  • Hi all type in BLOOD BROTHERS DAN JONES and see what you think. hope you enjoy it.

  • is this production still running on broadway?

  • Nope...have to go to London for this gem, now.

  • DAMN! wen did they close? why the heck did they close this awesome production!?

  • Hate to break it to you, but this show has been closed for over 10 years. I'd guess it closed because it's not what you would call a crowd pleaser. It's darker than most audiences like there musicals to be.

  • ya I know i've been told! THAT SUCKS! my high school did this show a couple of weeks ago and I thought it was brilliant. it's dark but I dont think its too dark!

  • its been pleasing crowds in London's West End for over 20 years: I have seen it quite a few times and it always gets a standing ovation

  • Love this show. Love Stephanie. Wonderful performer, wonderful woman, wonderful friend. Miss you.

  • omg, my school won states with this show!
