Just read he was going to sue because all they told him was that he was over weight and need to ride his bike more. He is mad that they didn't inform him he had an eating problem. At over 900lbs, does one need to be told by a professional they have an eating problem? I would have thought that it's obvious. I'm guessing he didn't listen to the "ride your bike more" advice.
