It looks like a pretty sloppy insultaion job to me! Big gaps may cut it in California but that would never pass a building inspection in Ontario Canada. I thought Dwell was all about sustainable buildings.. I guess asthetics are more important in California. Why am I surprised? Blast out another one boys..
