  • I made this recipe with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon. With a dash of salt and pepper and some celery and onion, it was quite yummy and a healthier alternative.

  • Good salad with a vinegraitte dressing. I'd skip the dill and add some oregano instead, but that's a personal preference.

  • Sorry to say but traditional Mayo is Olive oil + vinegar...add some whisking.

  • I'd say you actually do have a little bit of a weight problem. It's probably because of all that olive oil. That and the concassay.
