JalenTV, is 5 6, American and could dunk easily. what do you mean white guys can't dunk? It's just about the training people do to get their own jump to be high enough to dunk. For me, I personally used the professional dunk workout over at "50inch vertical (dot) com"

JalenTV I'm 5 9 and I am able to reverse 180 dunks. Truthfully, anyone can do it, just do the right workouts with the right nutrition. I followed the workout at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) but any workout could be used if you are sure they work
