No they aren't all like this. That is about an avg or slightly less than avg size room. expect to have a roommate. and hope the people are cool. mine was the only room with a crazy leak like this but when I showed them this video and explained what was happening they never even offered me a diff room or a discount.

so i guess just make sure to throw a shit fit if there is something wrong in your room .

Oh btw a fun fact about the island is there are spiders EVERYWHERE.
