Ok,..iam going to quit smoking TODAY April 4th 2011 ..... they say if you go without smoking for 40 days, you've kicked the habit, this is true with any addiction,40 days is all you need, then you are free, i will return after 40 days to confirm this. Wish me luck, NO MORE SMOKING FOR ME !

i might quit too, I've only smoked 2 weeks now and i'm curious how a few cigs a day over a 10 year time can cause CANCER.
