I agree, Maiden is great. It depends on what I'm looking for at the time. Maiden is faster metal, and Black Sabbath is heavier metal. Both are great groups, and they both play different styles of metal. I also really like Heaven & Hell's album that just came out (The Devil You Know). Check out the song "Double the Pain" from it. It's a really great song.
man i remember seeing sabbath with dio in a video when i was 12, and thinking this guy is a real priest or something. he looked so evil with the dark robe thing he wore.love these guys, maybe the best metal sound ever?
Awesome song. This with the song before and after on MOB RULES is the bomb.

Maybe the best metal sound ever? There's no "maybe" about it. They are the best. :)
(Black Box, the newest box set, has proved it to me.)

N.I.B. features Geezer's bass solos. :D

rushprog, if you want some cool bass from Butler, listen to Walk Away on the Heaven & Hell album.

I was also expecting Geezer's soloing...

Hey I was too! I was 12 in 1981 and got AC/DC FOR THOSE ABOUT TO ROCK-VAN HALEN WOMAN AND CHILDREN FIRST-OZZY OSBOURNE DIARY-and a lil
tape called MOB RULES! I had not heard of any of these bands(only knew Michael Jackson and KISS) But after that I was hooked and MOB was my fav.
