If you watch some other clips here about the filmmaker, he wanted to be as unbiased as possible on the subject. I would like to see it, as it probably is one of the most fair depictions on the subject. Too many things are painted as completely one way or the other, when they are not. BTW, not that it matters, but I do want to point out that I do not take steroids, nor would I ever want to. If someone does, just be honest about it.
