  • READ THE LAST 4 COMMENTS FROM THE BOTTOM TO THE TOP AND MOSTLY DO NOT GET YOURSELF INTO THE RYANAIR COMPANY. NEVER!!!!!

  • 7 pounds per flight. HAHAHAHA I was always paying like 70 to go to my country.

Conclusion: 7 months of work, not the best at all. 6 weeks of training which you all see how it looks like, being treated like a stupid monkey who does not understand a thing and at the end they will let you go with nothing. Everything is taking place away from your home an belive me life in UK is not cheap. Tomorrow after meeting with my lawyer I will let you know if you are capable to do anything about it....

  • Awesome video. I am ex ryanair cabin crew and I do strongly recommend to NOT to go there. I repeat: keep yourself AWAY from this company. 6 weeks of the course, a lot of money spent on it ( 3000 euros only for the training ) and what about the rest of it. You will get your first paycheck after 10 - 12 weeks, which is going to be like 1200 pounds. This is the best You can make over there. What is more, You are getting paid only for the flying hours. To be continuo...

  • So You will take a lot of crap from your supervisors about how big piece of shit you are and how much you don’t care about the sales onboard an " sales are the most important!!!" You will clean all aircraft between the sectors and freeze outside during marshaling for what? Obviously not for money and do not even think about stupid good job. HEHEHEHE. Basically You are working Your ass of and take huge responsibility for 200 people to be treated like a rubbish. There is more ...

  • After six seven months with them, they will possibly going to fire you without any reason. I was told that my overall performance is below average. C'mon what kind of crap is that. Never mind, they will tell You that You going to get a week in lieu at the end. Awesome. But... When you will see the last pay slip it is unbelievable how much deductions will there be. I have not received even a penny as my last paycheck. Another thing is staff travel. Do not believe what they say on the interview...

  • the woman talking about how hard and tiring the job is, saying that she doesn't know why anyone would do it is because she's a lazy reporter who would rather sit on her arse all day.

  • that kid who puked on the planes mom is disgusting who the fuck leaves a bag of vomit on the plane? i hope she gets raped

  • its a coach that flies. No doubt about that. But this documentary is clearly biased. Who financed it, british airways? :D

  • Oh and by the way it was NOT ducktape I'm getting at !

  • I work for Ryanair as they say you pay next to nothing to get nothing paying 3 pound 1 way is as good as it gets with the duck tape it was done the right way just made out to be wrong by onlookers !

  • Thank god i NEVER flew with Ryanair, I'm better spend 100 euros and fly with Lufthansa rather than 10 Euros (on same destination) with Ryanair, but they treated me like a sardines in a can.

  • That's really shocking :( ! I think I will cancel my Ryanair-flight next week!

  • @DBICE999 Then I'm afraid that you won't certainly get your money back,..

  • @DBICE999 why would u be such a sad cunt hahaha

  • THATS FUCKING BULLSHIT ABOUT THE PASSPORTS!! ryanair dose check the passports, as they refused me boarding one time(in 2007) because my passport had a tear in it, they said that the passport could have been tampered with!!!

  • If BA don't fly there i wont go, simple as!

  • Anyone who loves himself a little bit shouldn't fly with this airline.

  • Bloody hell that stuff about seat 1a is scary!

  • @Potionette81 I'm italian and i dont understand what happend to seat 1a because the voice speaks too fast.. can you explain me with words?.. thank you very much, i will grateful to you and sorry if i keep you busy for me..

  • After six years, is it still like this?

  • @miodowar69 Yes. Recently Ryan Air workers were caught fixing the exterior of the plane with duct tape.

  • Where is the comparison to an expensive airline though? Who says there any better?

  • Right before i got onto the plain they started pulling random people out of the line mesuring there bags and makeing people pay 40€ for each bag that dident fit into the box they where mesuring the bags with!!! Thank god i dident get pulled out of the line so they could mesure my bag!!!! And the plain dose be manky!!!! And the staff are manky too! :P and there so rude!!!!!

  • Oh god, Iim using Ryanair tomorrow to Pisa Italy. 23rd August. Wish me luck. I hope I don't die.

  • @SeedsofJoy Just don't get the Panini's. I flew today with Ryanair and they were frozen in the middle. 5 Euro and the stewardess wouldn't exchange it for me. Next time I'll shit in the isle.

  • Id love to be an airsteward lol

  • i always fly ryanair and am flying to malaga with them in 3 weeks.. this has worried me

  • must say that i pay for what i get.. ten years ive used ryanair.. only one problem which was not ryanairs fault, although they sorted me out.

  • ryanair did not say that this is just a fake.ryanair is one of the safes airlines of the world you see it on.you tube broadcast yourself/type in top 10 safest airlines in the world.all of that is a scam do not listen.ryanair is the best and i dont think theres anything wrong with that believe me it is a scam. you can change voices on a computer so the guy that made this is just a stoopit scammer and yeey all fell for it.please do not mock ryanair . how woul you like gettin mocked youself noobs

  • @MrPlanes345 You have been working for exactly how long with Ryanair?

  • @MrPlanes345 They are safe because they are utilizing mostly newer aircraft. With such a tight turnaround, and the resultant number of hours the aircraft is actually in transit (pressurization and depressurization), you will soon undergo issues such as metal fatigue, engine wear, and mechanical breaches of a similar sort. Research Aloha Air 243, an extraordinary case in which a B73 suffered a major structural breach due to metal fatigue because of the rate at which the plane was cycled.

  • i am sorry but this has put me off being a cabin crew, i hate Ryanair.

  • @TheA319pilot Not every airline practices like Ryanair. Due to pretty poor security I suppose, although I am not Cabin Crew for Ryanair, I do have a copy of their Safety and Emergency Procedures Manual. Some of the policies highlighted in this program actually have a good reason for being the way they are! I think you should become Cabin Crew. I really want it and I'm just going to fly for another airline! But Ryanair are always hiring and I know I can fall back on them if noone will take me!

  • Prppaganda from concurents in my opinion.

  • @heliofaus thats as true as ryanair skips safety checks, but once they start flying across the atlantic then they kill most mayor airlines in europe, if things continue like this in the financial crisis, i hope that the tsa or who ever regulate this stops it from happening

  • @heliofaus what about value jet

  • @heliofaus That wouldn't be because Air France and British Airways fly far more plans than Ryanair on routes that are dangerous? The point is that if something minor happens on a Ryanair flight and no-one is trained to standard to deal with it then the chances of a catastrophic staff meltdown is far more likely. There's a difference between no thrills and screwing over a customer safety and breaking advertising standards. Nice try Ryanair alt.

  • I find nothing extraordinary in those landings. Yes, the aircraft shakes a bit when you land. It's normal.

  • ever heard of fair trade? I wouldn't want my employer to exploit me! So why is it ok to exploit people to get a cheap air fair?!? Proud to be european?! If you can't afford something, you just can not afford it. Flying is not a right!!

  • scary!!!!

  • I think that the 'you get what you pay for' time comments kinda miss the point. This airline is quite deliberately deceptive in its pricing and the way it promotes the 'cheapness' of its flights. The attitude to the safety and comfort of passengers also leaves much to be desired. Bleating on about the erroneous 'cheapness' does not negate in any way such concerns. Fortunately, some may say at last, the EU are addressing some of these issues. Not before time!

  • At the end of the day you have to decide for yourself: Do you care if the evacuation slides are working and that you have a life vest in the rare case you do need these things? If you don't care and your only concern is lower fares then that's your choice, but at least be informed that this is a possibility when you fly with low budget carriers so you can make an informed decision.

  • It is actually much much more expenisive for their training courses i expect this video was made a long time ago

  • @EmeraldSky2011 See the upload date. 2006!

  • Ryanair's shit!

  • If it really was that bad, they wouldnt work there!

  • @Guitarist2845 Staff turn over at ryanair is VERY high at ryanair !

  • this video is old. and ryanair has changed alot since then, you can even tell by looking at the planes.

  • Since this program aired, passenger numbers have increased from 45 million per year to 72 million in 2010. Clearly the people have made made their choice!

  • @IngazZagni Not the right choice though!

  • @IngazZagni Hi Michael O'Leary.

  • tl;dw

  • i will never fly ryanair

  • if you dont like it dont fly.the airline is a buissness.so it exists to make profits!! not give you a warm fuzzy feeling that you recieved a great service i always fly ryanair and have never felt shortchanged.because i paid fuckall! people need to grow up.if a planes going down the cabin crew can do nothing.they usually die first.

  • @daveeol its not about the plane goin down! its evacuations , medical help , decompressions , preparing for emergency landings that Cabin crew must be awake and alert for .

  • @daveeol you are completely wrong. havent you ever heard of emergency evacuation or emergency landing?.. i've experienced it ones and believe me: the training is what makes THE difference like for the flight 1549, which landed on the hudson river in ny.

  • umm the guy complaining about a 160-hour work month is nuts, that's typical. at least here in the U.S., the average person works 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. that's 40 hours/week or approximately 160/month.

but this documentary makes me SO GLAD we don't have this airline here! how terrible! it's frightening how bad this airline is. and all their denials scattered throughout the piece are nonsense.

denial ain't just a river, ryanair.

  • @sprinklefriend Ryanair is based off the Southwest Airlines model. You do have this airline their just under a different name.

Work times are very different in the aviation biz. 160/5 is the norm in Europe too but in the aviation sector you have to factor in standby time and many other things like the fact many don't get paid for the first half hour of work because how rosters work and such.

  • @IngazZagni No, theres a massive difference between Ryanair and Southwest Airlines. Southwest still cares about the customer. They jump out of overhead lockers, cartwheel down the aisles and rap out the safety demo into the pa system to make people smile, not for exercise! They love what they do and they love entertaining their passengers. V Australia have entertainment systems, SWA has Cabin Crew. When I flew Ryanair, the purser was a bitch!

  • @ThomsonAirwaysStaff On a couple flights they did that. Lets be clear here. Ryanair don't advertise to be anything fancy. They are the "no frills airline" and they are the most popular airline in Europe because they give the pax what they really want, cheap fares. That's why Thompson have seen their numbers drop from 15M in 2007 to 11M in 2010 while Ryanair have enjoyed constant growth and saw 72M in 2010 and an expected 75M this year. Impressive for the economy we are in!

  • @sprinklefriend In USA you dont have holidays and any rights as a employee..plese dont compare to european workers..you know nothing..

  • @indor2011 As soon as you stop telling people to assume thing while doing it yourself.

  • @indor2011 umm i beg to differ, we sure do have holidays and rights. in fact, our country is so focused on being politically correct & suing people for no reason that we have more rights than perhaps we should (in SOME cases, not all!) so it is you who doesn't appear to know very much.

  • Would just like to say (I can't speak for the past), that Ryanair is much, much better than most other airlines when it comes to safety... I know this program is old, but take it with a pinch of salt. The media has a great way of manipulating things for viewings... Think about it... with Ryanair being watched by everyone, they have to be spot on with everything!

  • So if cabin crew r skipping on their checks, what about the flight crew? Scary

  • And the person that sits in row 1A...will probably die on impact. Jzs!

  • i only fly ryanair if i really have to.. I'd take SAS or Norwegian any day if i have a choice.. I pay maybe 20 euro more, but in the end that is often cheaper.

  • ive flown with ryanair several times and not had a single problem or delay, if you accept that you get what you pay for which isnt much and dont expect to get much in return and make sure you know their policies regarding baggage etc and have travel insurance then you wont have a problem

  • As long as I arrive safely to my destinations for the cheap prices they offer I don't mind one bit, this is primarily about transportation not about how cushy is my rear.

  • @yendor79 did you see the whole documentary ?? This is not about cushy seats! Wake up!

  • They are still the most profitable airline in Europe.

  • Its not a matter of "you get what you paid for" its about some fundamental standard issues.

  • it's scary

Q:Do you check the lifejackets ........?

A:....you could say if you pay one pence for ticket don't expect that you have lifejacket under your ass......

  • rather have a decent flight than a safety concern or a bad experience! :)

  • I fly at 6 times a year with RA.

I never ask for frills, hence I use RA.

I want cheap as chips service and thats what I get.

9 years later, not one problem.

  • @theduderwiggysan Cos you are a cheapass and you have never flown anything better. That's probably why you feel everything's fine. Rubbish in your seat? Fine! Poor crew safety culture? No problem! You can fly 9 years, but it only takes one incident to impact your life.

  • @foodmore Not a cheapass at all.

I have flow BA, AA & Virgin Atl all to the states.

Im not saying RA is as good as them other companys, all Im saying is, if I need to get to Europe, cheaply, I use RyanAir.

Just like Abus777 says below, "You get what you pay for" Simple as that.

When ( if ) I have a problem with them, I'll let you know, but for the time, I cant slag them off as they have always done a good job for me.

  • @theduderwiggysan Typical poor english pikey

  • @theduderwiggysan Absolutely, but you wont like it when they plow the aircraft into the ground because of an overtired pilot and O'Leary has famously said that the safety procedures are too costly and should be revised. It wont be long before Ryanair have a massive scandal on their hands.

  • @theduderwiggysan same here :) the planes are quite new and safe, and cheap. for a short haul flight up to 2 hours its fine, i fly about 14 times a year with ryanair... and im old enough to remember how expensive it can be. even now lufthansa costs 100 pounds more, free drinks and food but how much can you drink and eat in an hour for 100 quid?

  • service is fine at ryanair, u just have to pay for it... ive flown more than 100 times with them and never had problems

  • @theduderwiggysan The fact you haven't suffer yet any issue, doesn't mean is not happening to others .

Pray to don't have any problems with them... the day you get it...oh my...u will cry..

  • @Ado1979madrid

Ohh, dont get me wrong, I'm not saying that Ryan Air are perfect by any means, all I'm saying is that have flown with RA a lot of times and had no problems.

I've flown with AA & BA a few times and had same service's.

  • BIG DEAL!

  • I've flown with RyanAir twice before, and it's definitely one of those experiences where the philosophy "you get what you pay for" holds firmly true. I didn't expect much from the flight to begin with.

I probably had more advertisement shoved down my throat in one flight than I had in watching ten years of television. After seeing these exposés however, I completely sympathize with the crew.

  • disgusting never flying with them

  • 26min

  • im guessing the people who dislike this video are ryanair employee's

  • Spassmachers comment above is 100 right you get what you pay for if you want a first class service book british airways if you want a CHEAP no frills flight with cheap service book easyjet or ryanair simples.

  • Everybody type in "gift" before youtube then press enter

  • @oPatchYx No, its dangerous to your computer.

  • i wana be a cabin crew for them, jammy job

  • Don't sit on seat 1A!!!

  • @V6POWA Don't you listen? It was fake and the planes aren't even in service anymore!

  • Comment removed

  • As crew for another airline, this worries me a lot. I have flown with Ryaniar once in the past and did not particularly like it. I have not flown with them since, and will not again.

  • dyanair !!!

  • Ryanair is big Shitty

  • Can any one really be suprised?? My uncle is a pilot who flies with BA at Bristol and last January when it snowed, all other airlines decided it was to dangerous to fly in and out of Bristol. But Ryan air continued......

  • Ryanair going into receivership.

  • All low cost airliners SUCKS!!!!!!!!! This is just one example.... They should be treated like "air pirates" they really are!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • I am sure these people that spoke with the reporters can be recognized. Does anyone knows if they have been sacked?

  • @deltapilot96 what exactly makes ryanair unsafe or the "worst airline in aviation history"?

They have one of the best safety records in aviation history. In >20 years no one has ever been injured or killed on a RyanAir flight.

  • WHY THE FUUUUUUUUUCK ISN'T SOMEONE DOING SOMETHING TO STOP THIS AIRLINE?????!!!!!!! After watching this everybody should say, OK, Ryanair you have proved you're not able to run the aviation business safe and corectly. You have to close your business. The only reason I find to keep the airline, is so the pilots can have a job. FUCK RYANAIR!

  • @Deltapilot96 your a complete idiot this is an extremely old video ryanair now have a simulator plane to practice on in Hamburg, Germany you have no right to say if this airline is no aviation worthy , they run a safe buisness if it was not safe it would be shut down by and aviation law so screw you and get a brain woo you watched a video made specifically to show how bad if ryanair is which its not this video is biased

  • @ryanair737400 well then RA wasn't aviation worthy 5 years ago.. it should have shut down 5 years ago. even worse. RA is the worst airline in aviation history. i cant believe you support them

  • @Deltapilot96 ah wrong again RA is one of the best airlines ever produced, its Europes Most successful lowcost airline and will soon enough open up a long haul fleet which most likely will be called Ryan Atlantic, the service is great all you have to do is go by all the terms and conditions and its great and .again RA was worthy and always has been if it wasn't it would have been shut down immediately you have a very immature attitude and argument towards Ryanair.

  • @ryanair737400 wow is that the official press brief. It's almost as if you work for the company PA.

  • @gabrielcrimson nope I'm just a guy that wants to be a pilot when hes older and I have intelligence on aviation and airlines unlike some people who come on hear talking alot of shit and giving stupid arguments without any hard evidence ;)

  • @ryanair737400 I think the shows evidence is pretty compelling. What are the chances that you can put 2 people into a situation and you see all the bullshit you already expected to see. Comments on the show were from staff at ryanair and pilots that work for the company. Ryanairs excuse each time is that yeah we didn't get any reports about this and a guy that deals with complaints about ryanair repeatedly says ryan air do shit like this all the time.

  • @gabrielcrimson its jus the way it goes if you have a problem with it don't fly with them and secondly don't put all the blame on Ryanair don't forget its the International Aviation law that passed them and still lets them fly even though they are safe.

  • @ryanair737400 I won't fly with them but the fact is their security standards endanger others even if they don't fly with them and aswell as that as a person with atleast a modicum of empathy for others i feel bad for anyone that does. Their luck has held out so far in regards to safety but that doesn't mean they should hedge their bets as they clearly do with 25 minute turn arounds in which they time and again take corners .

  • @ryanair737400 And aviation law might throw a fine in now and then but as we see flaws are not reported and there can't be someone looking over ryanairs should every flight.

  • @ryanair737400 ...Because they were shut down after this, right?

Ooh - here comes the name calling...

  • @cinesimonj nope they weren't shut down even tough I think you were been sarcastic and what do you mean here comes the name calling i may have insulted someone because they were a immature little brat using vial language with me. Even tough I'm only a teen myself.

  • @Deltapilot96 Who's having plane accidents lately?Cheap Ryr or posh airlines with their posh pilots on their posh Airbus jets?Ryr has the highest standards on safety & security, their pilots r very experienced, the planes r checked several times a day and I know of cabin crew who've been demoted or sacked for "tiny" breaches on their strict procedures. And it keeps growing, because in this time of crises, it's the only airline that still permits ppl to travel.Ppl who know that a plane isn't a SPA

  • @VeraDonna very experienced ??? They are hired right out of flight school where they can be payed less less because they take anything that comes... They have interim contract and can be fired whenever MOL wants... I'd say exploiting the cabin crew like RYR can lead to disastrous consequences... Colgan Air crashed because the pilots were exploited by their company... RYR pilots do the maximum authorized by the law and get paid much less... and Every company checks their airplanes before flight..

  • @charlieechovictor There's a safety pilot for every newly hired one, which means 3 in the flight deck and they all go through tough line checks with senior pilots who are instructors. They ARE experienced and learn from the best.About the wages, you really don't know.Ryr pilots earn a lot more than national carrier ones in Spain or France, many chose to work part-time (5 on/13off) still earning very well. And again: in more than 25 years, no major accidents.

  • @VeraDonna I agree with you on the skills of the pilots, and the crews are well paid; but I do think that a company that even suggests the idea to Boeing of a standing section cannot really be seen as the forefront of safety. A typical aircraft seat must be able to tolerate a 16G impact without breaking or coming off its mountings.

Having very experienced pilots that can make the call of leaving in bad weather are very beneficial to Ryan Air as they need many trips a day to make money.

  • @VeraDonna

You are a fucking deluded idiot. Ryanair is a shitehole. Theyre safety standards are appauling. Especially security. You sound like you work for them, you are a fucking dangerous moron.

  • @V6POWA And you sound like idiots who talk without knowing. Do you think they would still be flying if they wouldn't comply with safety standards of Irish Aviation, IATA and ICAO? Do you know that random inspections are constantly done and that includes the planes, the knowledge and ability of the crew? Do you know that the airlines that don't comply with those standards are in a black list of planes that cannot land in Europe? Shouldn't Ryr be in it if was so unsafe?

  • I can't believe it! I saw this today in college cause we're studying to be Cabin Crew. I really don't want to work with these now. The end was right bad I can't believe that RyanAir have denied everything even though its all caught on camera.

  • fucking irish gays hate them

  • This makes me very sad :(

  • Southwest, a.k.a. the safest airline ever (literally) used to turn planes in TEN minutes. If you somehow think that the speed at which airlines turn their planes is a statement against their safety then you are mistaken.

Southwest has been around for over 30 years and has never had an incident involving major injury to passengers. RyanAir has been around for over 20 years and has never had an incident involving major injury to passengers.

  • "The European consumer would crawl naked over broken glass to get low fares" Michael O'Leary, CEO of Ryanair. Bloomberg Businessweek, Sept. 6 - 12, 2010. The luck of the Irish, flight with them and don't have an accident. One thing is compete in prices, lean operations to reduce cost, but when that affects to the security, it is not competition, it is dumping. Seems We did not learn anything from the "crazy cows" affaire and the race for have everything "as cheap as possible".

  • gentuzaa

  • If you want to die, fly with Ryanair

  • Beautiful, that's John Frusciante on minute 16. Oh yeah, and Ryanair sucks big time.

  • @richirare John Frusciante ??? Have you been eating mushrooms or am I missing something?? :)

  • @frovil I wish, LISTEN to the music.

  • @richirare Riiiiiiight - OK, gotcha, I'm with you now. Sorry, it must have been me that ate the mushies!!! :))

  • you get what you pay for. If you decide to pay for a flight that's cheaper then a bus ticket, then you should expect a lesser service.

  • @SpassMacher2000 So you're saying that it's advertised when the cheap tickets are marketed, that passengers have a higher chance of dying if a Ryanair plane crashes than if they'd bought a more expensive ticket?

  • @SpassMacher2000

ryanair isnt cheap anymore, it's as expensive as other normal airlines, but their service and planes are still shit.

  • @str1ka1 the aircraft arent shi themselves, they own the bestselling most commong type of aircraft the Boeing 737 series, so ye the planes arent shit, the airline is

  • @joshuan542

what I mean is that they're in a bad condition, feels like their going to fall apart. well at least some of the planes that fly to lithuania do.

  • @SpassMacher2000 but there is an expectation of safety. that's like saying that if you buy a car that costs $12,000 rather than $50,000 you shouldn't expect the brakes to work well, the frame to hold up in a crash, that sort of thing. i agree with you in principle, but there's common sense & reasonable expectations that are also a factor. lesser service is no free snacks or less leg room, not a plane without proper escape routes or life vests.

  • @SpassMacher2000 i still expect for basic rules and laws to be followed

  • remember its better to get nicked and deported than stranded :)

  • if i get treated like that by ryan air ill be getting arrested for assault coz ill punch the muppet who speaks to me like shit :) dont give a toss !

  • your fucking joking im flying with them on the 5th oct 2010 oops

  • fuck I'm in shock fligh regularly between egbb-epkt and im afraid about my safety especially about pilots who works under the pression from ryanair side and one day something bad happens...

  • looool biassed or not im seeeing live footage sooo i wont be flying with themmm :):) in a state of emergency expect to diee on ryanair :)

  • i feel sad for these cabin crew...Fortunately its noot like that at easyjet

  • I paid £20 return Birmingham to Trieste last year which rates as the best retail bargain of my life. For that i'd've flown in the baggage hold. This is just nit-picking - probably sponsored by a rival

  • WHAT THE F.. DO PEOPLE EXPECT FOR OFFERS LIKE 10 EURO? FLYING MAYBE?

  • @FM1967 Valencia-Madrid 0,01€ , my cheapest flight ever xD.

  • Wow. I've met quite a few captains in my life two of them infact were ryanair pilots and boy oh boy, ive never met any as rude and as iresponsible as this one. His pilots lisence should be taken away from him tbh, thats just wrong.

  • Im on the side of the airline here mostly.

im flying to germany with them in september...im paying £30 return for my ticket and for that price for a flight, i literally expect the basics. As long as safety is not compromised, ill live what im paying for and wouldnt complain if my service was bad etc

  • Not to mention the taxi/transport costs of having to fly from and to a secondary airport that is usually a substantial distance away from or to your intended destination than the primary airport that the established airlines fly to.

  • Book with most established airlines & the price you see when you book is the total price you pay: no extra charges, generous baggage allowance & complimentary refreshments/snacks. Book with Ryanair & expect to pay more at every step: pay extra for paying by debit card, pay extra for checking in (much more if not online), pay for priority boarding, pay extra for hold baggage (& MUCH more for anything over 15kg), & pay through the nose for on-board refreshments - usually ends up costing far more.

  • This is biased because it only refers to Ryanair. So many other airlines (either low-cost or premium) and airport services companies do the same or worse. Bending/skipping safety, security and passenger service procedures to minimize ground time and delays is common practice with major airlines. The sales and marketing departments are running the airlines nowadays. Ground and operating crews have minimum authority to take necessary decisions if they affect the flight schedule or company budget.

  • @giiiix79 oh boo hoooo!

  • @giiiix79 so how is it biased tyhen? maybe you should look up what biased means... the person filming and the people telling us about ryanair, the narrato aswell are like paranorma. they arnt Ryanair Employees therefore they arent biased

  • i'm wondering how much money ryanair pays for the "big bosses" to continue the operation like that... seriously.. this company dont know the meaning of "safety". I'm a pilot myself and already flow with ryanair and I can say: For those who understand something about aviation its kinda scary what they do.

  • i love ryanair.

  • Scary

  • BULLSHIT

  • none of this is surprising. im still gonna use ryanair.

  • Ryanair is a good airline. As they say in the video, don't expect much service if you only paid a few pounds. And I'm sure that Ryanair is a safe airline to fly with, they are not on the black list ;)

  • @mattiasspiessens

You will be impressed knowing some dark things about the philosophy of Ryanair Operation...

Fuel, for example...just read about the "emergency" landings in Valencia and others

  • @mattiasspiessens

No but they work their crew to the last and i fear fatiuge will end up hurting or god forbid restuling in death at this airline . Hopefully nott

  • I have never watched such a biased piece of reporting - the film makers will have a long career in North Korea.Every airline compromises security , it is a fact of life !

  • omfg!! that must bbe true about sittin in row 1 A, cause everytime i wanna sit at the front they always say 'Ohh no dont sit there its not good' :O from now on im sittin at the back!

  • @IguSiiaOfficial That's not the best place to sit either. The safest place to be in a crash is over the wings, that's the strongest part of the aircraft. And it helps to be in an exit row of course. :-)

  • @CaptainChaos i dunno about that , i dont like the idea of sitting over fuel!

  • All this proves is that staff take the easy way out and in return to make them fell better they blame there Company (Ryanair) I have travelled many times with Ryanair sometimes I feel like screaming, but as there motto is " no frills" what do you expect, you get what you pay for, and they Do keep fares down so all in all they are a good Airline.

  • i am no ryanair apologist but this report is sooooo biased
