Hey what do U think of the boss DD20 against a single delay pedal ? quality wize is it the same, or does the dd20 loose a bit quality over a single delay pedal ?
@gianisonfire It sounds like you've got the effect volume set too low. Try raising that up. The top left knob sets how loud the pedal's volume is. If it's below 12 o'clock, it'll be softer than it was when you recorded it.
@Skullcandy I see no reason why it wouldn't, but I'd very much recommend putting a preamp in front of it (ART makes some nice ones that aren't too expensive) to boost the mic up to line level. Still, you're left with only 20 seconds of loop time. You might find something like the RC-3/30 more advantageous to beatboxing.
hey man nice playing!!! i really like the dd 20 and thinkin og gettin one. but ive heard that when u use the SOS feature, once the loop is playing, what you play over the top of it, has no delay? is this true, just want to clarify this. either way im still getting it lol
@luco99 yes i've heard that too, so I think it's that way.
But what you could do is to get this and another delay pedal, so you can have the SOS on the DD-20 and then overlay it with delay sound from the 2nd delay! (I think gilmour did that too) :D

@jbisti Haha that's why I like your tone so much, a strat through a hot rod deville is amazing.
