How about just being able to call locally? This, if the Spanish branch of Lyca can finally get their act together? Their service is incompetent, indifferent and in some cases outright rude. The company deserves a bigger market share but sadly it appears that their Spanish staff just don't care...
I haven't had issues with customer care except for their funny accent. Their rates however are second to none! I call my wifey and several family members for 1p. I tried calling same numbers from my Lebara Mobile and the cost was 10p! Lebara and Lyca both advertise 1p call rates. Lebara will bill you 10p for calls to same sets of numbers Lyca bill you 1p for. What a rip off Lebara is.
