Yes, if you call 4 hours of storyboarding, 6 hours working on choreography, 8 hours of rehearsal, 90 minutes for setting up lights, an hour to coach the extras, 2 and a half hours of shooting multiple takes, 80 hours of editing & post-production, and half a day in court squabbling over music licensing, and 3 evenings sitting through "best candid internet video" award shows spontaneous, then it was spontaneous.
