Water Aerobics Exercise and Aqua aerobics workout tips

Bought all this shit, couldn't afford to go on vacation, went to the aquatic center, swam for 5 and 1/2 hours, acquired a nasty catch in my back, did your other videos that help remedy that, ended up in e hospital from immobility. At least I have cool gloves though...

I've been doing this workout with the gloves (learned in Hawaii). I've gone down one size in 3 weeks. It absolutely works. AND the rash guard is for outdoor pools or ocean use. Anyone in Hawaii (where David lives) that goes into the water without one is going to get fried. It immediately says; I'm from the mainland......

Cardio and diet is what cuts fat thus "tones" your physique, not doing resistance work.

I didn't buy his kit, but I did buy a similar type of webbed swim glove and they are awesome. I've been doing my pool workout with them several days and I've got the sore muscles to prove that they make a difference. My pool is at the perfect temp. right now. (-:

omg how did people for the last thousands of years ever survive in the water without their trusty water-fitness top, trusty water-fitness cap, water-fitness gloves, water-fitness shades.

btw another great feature of the water-fitness top is that is hides your tummy ;)

the guy has great confidence though.
