So with this you can upgrade your Firmware and keep everything the same. Does it back up Themes and Settings or just Apps???

What he didn't show on the video is that, after you hit "backup" to all the apps that you wish to backup, you have to SSH to this folder /private/var/mobile/Library/Ap­pBackup and copy everything in it. And when you restore ur iphone, red/l Appback and SSH to the same folder and drag everything back.
