  • Thank the tax payer. Not the WVSP. If you work and own anything in WV. the troopers will hate you. They are very impolite, unprofessional, arogant, and down right lazy.

  • Yea I would rather have one that isnt expired, but I would take an expired one over no vest at all if there wasnt any other option.
