I've probably rewatched this video dozens of times, and I still can't help but notice the clarity of the car-mounted PA systems. I can clearly understand what the are saying on the loud speaker. In the United States, the car loudspeakers sound hollow and tinny, and you can't quite understand what the police are saying when they use it.

...and if you think it was already a lot clearer in the video--- you should hear it in person. I wish I knew what system they are using.

haha, yeah, that's example of Japanese "automation" in daily life. All taxis have automatically opened/closed passengers rear doors :)

@PriusRider if you look a short moment before it (before the guy on bicycle passes) you can see a taxi driver looks on her left, smiles and nods (most probably to the passenger who just left the car, otherwise?) . And you can see strangely door seems to open and close quickly, well it's just closing actually but sometimes it reopens a bit before close (hope you get what I mean), I can see this everyday. Or there could be a short person already in :)

火災現場では職務質問や逆撮影されることもありますが 、公務中の公務員には肖像権が無いため、公道上からの撮影は法律­的には問題ありません。

ただ活動を妨げてはならないのは勿論ですが、規制区域内や建物・­敷地内へ無許可で入ったり、秘匿捜査やパト車内の機器などを撮影­する行 為は、違法行為となる場合があるので気をつけなくてはなりせんね­。
