Stalingrad is really a nice movie.Reminds me of how soldiers fought for how hard they believe in.Also,i believed that the Wehrmacht(sp?),much of the soldiers put up a great fight against the great soldiers of Russia too.

The Lieutenant asked his men if any of them could speak Russian, and then when one of them said that they could, he had him negotiate a temporary cease fire. Then they went out so they could collect the casualties and the dead, but someone started shooting and at 5:09 the Lieutenant said, "Who opened fire?!" "Who opened fire?!"
I mean, he's mad because they made a temporary cease fire with the Russians and one of his men violated the cease fire while the Lieutenant was out collecting the wounded. That's why the Lieutenant was mad.
The German Lieutenant talks to one of his men who admits that he shot, but he says that he shot only because the Russians were trying to attack. Then the Lieutenant said that he was going to court martial him, and the guy who admitted that he shot said something to the effect of, "Well, you'll be held accountable as well because it's forbidden to negotiate like that with the enemy."

He's mad because they made a truce with the Russians. The Lieutenant asked his men if any of them could speak Russian, and then when one of them said that they could, he had him negotiate a temporary cease fire. Then they went out so they could collect the casualties and the dead, but someone started shooting and at 5:09 the Lieutenant said, "Who opened fire?!" "Who opened fire?!"

I mean, he's mad because they made a temporary cease fire with the Russians and one of his men violated the cease fire while the Lieutenant was out collecting the wounded. That's why the Lieutenant was mad.

The German Lieutenant talks to one of his men who admits that he shot, but he says that he shot only because the Russians were trying to attack. Then the Lieutenant said that he was going to court martial him, and the guy who admitted that he shot said something to the effect of, "Well, you'll be held accountable as well because it's forbidden to negotiate like that with the enemy."
