If i remember right then i used cookie cutter and clicked 'cut away section' on the method option.. i hope that helps in some way ^^

well thats quite a large area to cover XD

i suppose one tip is to not just use the effects given to you but change them to suit the video your making and stuff like that :P click on the square at the right side of the video to move it around and the green icon underneath shows the effects (and thats where you can edit them)

also chroma keyer is a useful effect..

erm..look at youtube tutorials if you want anything specific XD (im really bad at this- sorry :P)

basically what i did was fiddle a bit with sony and worked things out myself :P

i looked at a few tutorials and generally taught myself over time- im still learning XD

just try out things and eventully you will learn by yourself :P

(thats my back-up advice incase you dont understand my last comment up there...)
