  • "Nguyen" is a Vietnamese first name. It sounds like "win." I believe it's a name given to both women and men.

  • @learnamericanenglish Is it wrong to use has got in the last example? Who has got my pencil?

  • @Aisabell -- No, it's okay. Most people use a contraction for "who" and "has" so it would sound like this: "Who's got my pencil?"
