@EddieEddieEddie90 thats only some of us, i was playing games like this too atthe age of 16, im 20 now. RPG games make me think differently in life, for example, there is more to life than what we see and final fantasy shows that.

The only games I can remember are megaman x, tloz a link to the past, killer instinct, donkey kong country, super mario world, and some others.

@EddieEddieEddie90 you know whats funny, i still have every game you mentioned in your comment XD. super mario world was hard , followed by donkey kong country, never got to played the second and third games of donkey kong country. i was so close to beating megaman X. i never really played killer instinct but my dad had gotten the game from some random store.

agreed. 7 was great, but 6 just has something special. 7 was the first I ever played, but i recently played 6 and was blown away. The music is fantastic, the characters are all loveable, so much replay value, and the Esper system was pure gold! It's a shame people my age have only played 7 and up. I tell them, play them all. Someone said that 7 was the oly good one. I was aghast. I'm also suprised there isn't a FF religion XD

its really a shame that cloud became the centerpiece and the definition of the whole genre. though i could not think of somebody else being the "centerpiece"
