This song is one of my favorite songs of all time. Love anything Greg Dulli has ever touched, but for some reason, this song really is one of my absolute favorites. Sort of feels like just watching this entire tragic relationship unfold; about the time you hear the first "Goodbye, Motherfucker" you know you are in for something special.
I also appreciated this Twilight CD more. This is some brilliant, vibrant music. Writing poetry was something that at one time, came as easily as breathing to me. That was before the doctors put me on meds for severe depression & anxiety. Now I have difficulty writing anything. I understand what, "juck", was saying about Greg Dulli. I also love anything with Shawn Smith! He's a frickin genius!
Last Dulli record while he was on the H. He mixed this basically in a bed crippled from anxiety, depression and heroin. Dulli is a genius and its ironically sad that when he lost his depression he lost his ability to write a song this good.
I havent heard this song for a long time, but now I wonder if this is a recorded convo from Valeria, the Italian teacher, from the song "Feeling of Gaze" on Powder Burns... hmmm... interesting,
I LOVE THIS TRACK!!!!!!!! had it on some compilation from 2000 or so and lost it! went looking on good old youtube and found your vid! thanks for posting!!!
This album rocks! Gotta be the best from them by far...maybe it was the copious amounts of absinthe greg dulli consumed in writing the songs that made for such an eclectic mix! It rocks even now 8 years later..the sound is timeless! Can u post the second track? Nice work!:-)

@49MercMayhem: it sounds like the conversation on CSS song 'Patins'.
I think this stuff is great though. It sounds like it was recorded in a backstreet of Havana.
