the whole Damon & REbekah thing i have a sneaking suspicion is going to move the theme of this season along in a way because its about Elena figuring out her feelings for Damon ...the other half of the love triangle until she is able to understand or accept them I dont think she will ever be able to give herself and Damon a chance ..... so it will force her to face her feelings and not hide from them...I think this wont happen fast but over the course of the rest of the season = Epic finale

as much as i love them together and really reallly want them to end up together i feel like its just wishfull thinking cause at the end of the day i doubt elena will choose either brother yes i think she loves them both but i feel like that`s why, i cant see her tearing stefan and damon apart she would never do what katherine did. but who knows theres alot more episodes to come im super excited to see how this all plays out !!

@kataraaang123 ummmm no need to get snarky...there were several question marks in my post I was unsure and just making a statement but if you do listen to what mikael says "they may be sired by you, but their still part vampire, they can be compelled by me..." then hybrid appears doing his bidding bringing elena/ actually katherine over...and i think he would have stopped harm from coming to damon. after how many years their plan would have helped him succeed where he had failed again and again

@kataraaang123 I dont know what you mean by twisting the story line? but its all good, I see it the way I see it. I think what stefan did was more gesture than actual saving, because i dont see the threat. Given Mikael would be hundreds of years older and stronger and able to compel he could hold off all the hybrids which he demonstrated with a few, I think it would have been better to kill klaus and succeed...then again if they had we wouldnt have klaroline lol itll be fun to see where it goes

@NikkiKid48 well, yeah Mikael did have the hybrids under control, but that doesn't mean he would want to stop them from killing Damon and everyone else. He killed Katherine (in front of Klaus) thinking it was Elena, so that says a lot. "You don't want to wake Mikael up, or we will all be dead..." - can't remember who said that.

@sassysuzy1000 yeah i do remember that being said by someone...i think he was in on the fact it was katherine though...i dunno i think mikael was honorable and all the crazy super vampire apocalypse killer hype was spun by klaus cause he knew he was after him...Mikael knew he killed the mother and klaus didnt want anyone else finding out...if mikael was a real super baddie he would have killed kathering in the tomb when she woke him....just my thoughts...im an optimist i guess lol

It is 1 am, i have to wake up at 5:30 and i'm still watching this scene like a thousand times!!!!! DELENA fan forever!!!!!!! But i'm think this DELENA think better and with the spoilers of episodes 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 about stelena scenes and damon dissapointing Elena and damon having sex with a vampire i think i will have to only wish for damon to have a romance with someone who REALLY loves him and That Elena gets out of the way!!!!
