@chinguidinsky you CANNOT get rid of a persons fear, in hypnotherapy you are advised not to try and remove the clients fears but to minimise it....theres a lot of 'stuff' tied in with fear, the properties of fear are useful to humans, it governs alot of our decisions....our job is to minimise fear and replace the symptoms related to fear with more possitive associations.

@LuigiRules2k11 so who the fuck cares. if you fuck up, theres some techniques you can use to fix it or just explain to them what your doing and while your doing this give a small speech about how nlp works and how the subconsious mind is very easily manipulated and even as you explain this to them they still take it in and fall into a trance no matter what they do. so if given a small amount of thought you can come up with some scripts and might even come up with a couple of techniques. gud luck

From as little as being hypnotized while standing up, do getting into the persons deep subconscious. That would mean that they would end up unconscious.

Person you were trying so hypnotize wasn't willing to follow what you were saying, you have to have subjects premition to be hypnotized, or it's not going to work, but if subject is permiting you to hypnotize him/her, it will ALWAYS WORK if you do it correctly!

Im sorry.. But looking into the basics behind hypnosis it clearly states that you can NEVER hypnotice a subject that doesnt want to go into a hypnotic state... Hmm. He makes it look so easy the way he performs hypnosis. This looks like it would work in actors' workshops, especially in warm up sessions before the actual workshop. The students would get hypnotized, all negative doubt in them would be erased, and they would give it their best effort to perform a scene from a dialogue/monologue of their choosing.

The theory of this is correct, and indeed every hypnotherapist has his own method..but the point of this technique is that something is happening that isn't expected, and the mind cant process it, thus leading the subject into a fast hypnosis state (or non state)

It will not work effectively if the person knows what is going to happen, like in this scene. However if the person has been into hypnosis many times, it is likely she will go into trance very easily by herself.

@Haileebv: Try to learn online and when you think you can do it just pick someone and say "I'm going to hypnotize you." The hardist part is gaining the confidence to do it. I was in the same situation but once I started hypnotizing friends I got hugely popular for parties and such. It's easy enough that you can use a script. Google "hypnosis cheat sheet" and click the first link. That's the script I use. Read through it until it's smooth, then read the script part to a friend.
